Cosmopolitan, traveler, and digger throughout many electronic music trends, capitals, styles, and beyond. Plays mostly vinyl, which became kind of a rebel act and signature of his DJ sets in today's inevitable music digitalization.

Mantas’s DJ sets reflect a wide spectrum of sound, as well as his love for obscure, hard-to-find records, which extends from obscure disco to modern techno. During his over 20 years of DJ career he was well known-resident of Lithuania’s first underground nightclub Gravity, performed and still performing beside various internationally established artists in his own promoted and independent events.

The name Betamax stands for quality electronic music and analog warmth in micro/minimal/lo-fi/tech house/breakbeat and electro genres. The show itself is a mix series to represent groovy, funky, and rough sounds to show a more creative and experimental approach to dance music and @Play4n4.

Started his musical journey around 2007 and being influenced by old-school rave / breakbeat / hardcore sound - Zygimantas started producing dubstep & jungle tunes and djing at various illegal parties and open-airs including legendary broken rhythm sound festival Satta. In late 2019`s a new mindset under alias 5ZYL was born and it didn’t take long to be noticed by Jensen Interceptor and by local talent HUNTers - https://soundcloud.com/ppprecords - where the debut "Smoke These" EP was launched.
