Just Like How We Used To...

on March 18th of 2022, our discord members were given a sample and had to make a song within 24 hours using the given sample for our first snare society sample challenge.  with 44 tracks made within a 24 hour time frame and genres spanning all over, this comp showcases the raw talent this community has.

the sample we used was from someone who turned out to be a not-so-cool dude, so we're not associating with them.  we're still keeping this comp up, we just don't want to give said not-so-cool dude any attention.

sad news for today; having to find a new campsite. It would seem my little base camp is being monitored and obviously i really dont want that. here is one of 5 machines found around my home. took one apart, it seems to be some type of detector for biotic substances in the air? i really cant afford to read into it right now. looking for a new spot to set up a roof. I dont have a ton of stuff but the stuff in the cave is kinda dangerous and i need to be *very* careful moving it. life has ups and downs, best we can do is keep going, right? at the end of the day i will be here in the forest and it will always be here for us. an incredible thank you to @habiboi for the viola recording, its far beyond what i can do and sounds absolutely beautiful. hope you all have a safe and nice day, i will hopefully be posting again soon! as always you can reach me on discord at woodlands#1302.
