Drawing inspirations from her serious passion for high energy rave music and her admiration for the underground culture, she explored many styles over the years and it's the faster side of electronic music over all that creates real havoc on the dancefloors. Her signature style has really no boundaries, she likes blending driving energetic tracks, catchy basslines, banging grooves & epic trancy vibes in her sets, with a touch of 2000’s nostalgia.

For her guest mix, she created a lively, frenetic and captivating DJ set. An auditory adventure oscillating between hard techno/hard trance sounds, sprinkled with heavy and galloping kicks, all with a touch of revisited classics & intoxicating grooves.

She starts with energetic and driving techno - and  listeners are already in a state of trance. There is no reason to skip through the mix. The vibe is always there. 
Rolling baselines, hypnotic fills and great forward hats covering the begin of Atalanta's set. The middle part is rougher, with a warehouse signature. 
But if you think there is no space for pace anymore,  place for grace, you are wrong. The ending is perfectly balanced -  and we have to say: many thanks for a masterpiece of podcast!

Second episode introduces, through the track ‘Nasty Woman’ produced by Valesuchi, the problem of inequality and the different forms of abuse that women have to face. The track samples the speech from actress Ashley Judd on the 2017 Women's March in Washington DC, who recites poet Nina Donovn's words about political situation in de USA related with the violences such as sexual assault, racism, fraud, conflicts of interess,  homophobia, transphobia, misogyny or white supremacy.

This is my little contribution for today, 25th of November- International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, sharing through this new dj set my support for the struggle and vindication for the women’s rights, making visible all the forms of gender violence that exist, still also in the music industry.

Launched in January 2022, DSC (Deepak Sharma Collection) is a new digital series where Deepak will be releasing an individual track each month.

The project materialized from the pandemic as an outlet to keep busy and sane from the isolation. From fresh material to digging into the vault and editing older sketches, everyone was fair game.

The result is a collection of varied works where the sound is consistent with what Deepak is known for: stripped down, rolling, and hypnotic atmospheres ideal for dark dance floors which he missed both as a DJ and as a dancer.
