Ferdinger presents Life In Patterns Lab, a new series of releases that aims to explore music of various styles for the dancefloor and beyond. The series is launched with an EP by Ika Sile, a Paris-based producer whose tracks have recently gained support from the likes of JKS, Lucinee, Milton Bradley, Monster DJ, Narciss and Nur Jaber, to name a few. His 5-track EP “Ultravision” spans a variety of styles ranging from intimate, melancholic breakbeat tracks to euphoric, stab flavoured ghetto techno.

CULT's sound is characterized by pounding Hardgrooves with tribal elements, funky stabs, and ghetto vocals that have resonated with listeners from all over the world. DifferentSound Records is proud to announce the third compilation of a long series, with the participation of talents and well-known artists we trust us.

For the fourth installment of DifferentSound’s Various compilations, the label invites another list of 10 cutting edge artists to put their skills to the test. Dextro, Ferdinger, Steve Redhead, Off / Grid, Regent, Manuel Di Martino, Black Mirror Park, Franco Rossi, DJ SWISHERMAN and Dylan Fogarty all offer their unique vision of contemporary club music for a collection of tunneling and intelligent cuts, oldschool and newschool vibes.

This mix and all the tracks selected are mainly focused on the key elements I wish for in techno, which is having a locked in groove and rhythm throughout the whole duration of time. going between early hours to peak time anthems and in between previously known artists to the label and new appearances of new talents, all together, symbolized by different generations and areas of techno-based music, backed up with the label head Pate Jaar wide community following, marking the calendar for an exciting game changer release set for July 2023.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from KHORUMI. "Dynamic Forces" comes off the Georgian artist's EP, Catharsis, forthcoming on Batumi-based label Khmebi. The resident and co-founder of the movement delivers his first EP and inaugural release on the label with a killer four tracker fusing an explosive mix of breakbeat, techno and EBM. Further, proceeds from the release will be donated to charities supporting Ukrainian forces on the front lines. See below for the links.

PREMIERE: KHORUMI - Dynamic Forces [KHMEBI001]

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere the Silent Servant remix of "Zvestoba" by O! Kult. The cult Yugoslavian (post)punk and industrial band gets a melancholic techno edge from the American artist. The new Kri record goes back to the buzzing 1980s in Yugoslavia, where numerous art projects, including bands such as Laibach, were testing the censorship and unity of the Communist Party. One such project was a punk and later post-punk/industrial band called O! Kult which took a hard stance against bureaucracy, technocracy and alienation. Their test was successful as it brought censorship and surveillance by the state and media authorities.

O! Kult’s late industrial-ish period started in the second half of the 80s after Brane Zorman experienced the British Summer of Love firsthand. The track Zvestoba (Loyalty) has never been officially released until now. Kri Records is bringing the track to life after digging it out of the cult Radio Študent archives.

The track and its mystical vibe have been reimagined by Silent Servant, Christian Kroupa (1/2 of Black Dot) and 198319831983, adding fresh EBM, electro and melancholic techno edge to the record.

Voilà l'origine de la vie selon la mythologie scandinave, et mon nom d'artiste étant en lien avec celle-ci, c'est avec une grande fierté que je vous présente les deux tracks qui marquent la genèse de mon aventure en tant que producteur, Niflheim et Muspellheim, dont l'atmosphère respective saura vous faire ressentir, je l'espère, ces mondes de glace et de feu, que ce soir par les mélodies trancy de l'un ou les percussions de l'autre 

Étant encore novice dans mon apprentissage de la production musicale, tous les retours seront évidemment les bienvenus !
