London based House duo, MANT, bring an eclectic range of influences to the table and have moulded these into their own unique sonic signature. We're delighted to welcome them to the firm with 'Lonely Days'.

With releases on Sola, Viva Warriors and Yousef's Circus and alongside spins from the likes of Marco Carola, Steve Lawler and Andrea Oliva, these boys have secured big support in the world of House music! In only a short space of time, MANT have already rubbed shoulders with Solardo, Eli Brown and Sonny Fodera in the studio with more exciting projects in the pipeline. 

'Lonely Days' showcases the lads' diverse approach to production. It's a sun-drenched, old skool sounding house record with vintage sounding stabs and breakbeat percussion tucked away underneath that tough house groove. Hayla's incredible vocals add to that summer vibe and turn this into an essential ear-worm for the end of the Summer Months and beyond!

There's not many twenty five year old DJs that can boast playing Cafe Mambo, Warehouse Project and have played alongside MK, Jax Jones, Eli Brown, Weiss and Icarus, but rising star and MK's very own one to watch KC Lights certainly can.

The young Glaswegian DJ, musician and producer made his Toolroom debut earlier in the year with 'SOL' – His tribal drums and thumping groove dominated clubs and festivals all summer long. The record racked up over one million streams and had support from CamelPhat, Gorgon City, Richy Ahmed, Solardo, Fatboy Slim, Huxley and Illyus & Barrientos!

Finishing the year with a bang, he returns to Toolroom with something just as infectious, 'You & Me'. It's packed with plenty of energy, rolling percussion and quirky, skippy vocal licks – Signature KC Lights! It's energetic and those warm, lush horns make it a serious club weapon.

Expect more projects in 2020 with KC Lights via Toolroom, there's big things planned for this new gun and the #ToolroomFamily!

Moon Boots’ acclaimed LP ‘Bimini Road’ revealed the Brooklyn-based artist in peak form. A showcase of his soulful house music stylings, the 2019 album gained praise from DJ Mag & Mixmag, and was named in KCRW’s ‘Top 10 Albums of 2019’. Following Alex Metric’s rework of highlight single ‘Whisper In the Wind’, ‘Tied Up’ now receives the remix treatment from Grammy-nominated producers Kenny Dope and Mat Zo.

Making his Anjunadeep debut, four-time Grammy nominee Kenny Dope demonstrates the influence of his funk roots with grooving bass riffs and jazz-influenced instrumentation in his rework. A world-class producer, Kenny’s offering clearly demonstrates why he’s often called upon to remix legendary artists such as Madonna, Todd Terry and Daft Punk.

A familiar name in the Anjunafamily, label legend Mat Zo has garnered support from electronic heavyweights such as Swedish House Mafia, Axwell, and Tiësto throughout his career with his distinctive progressive sound. At threethousand.co.uk, variation is everything. As a collective of writers and individuals we can safely say that our routes into dance music in general are all so different and yet so similar. We truly believe that there are no boundaries with electronic dance music and the more we can cover, the happier we will be! 

Today we are taking a slightly different path to our norm as we head over the to the Champion Records camp for an exclusive premiere. For those that aren't aware, it is somewhat of an honour to be working alongside the Champion team, being one of the most influential yet undercover label profiles across dance music as a whole. Headed up by the living legend that is Paul Oakenfold, Champion have played host to some of dance music's most popular tunes across the world, including Kristine W's 'Feel What I Want' and of course the untouchable 'Show Me Love' from Robin S. 

We are therefore are diving into their latest release remix project, seeing them bring together four spicy reworks of Raze's 'Break 4 Love'. The project holds some gems for certain, from Rob Made's incredibly cheerful Disco rethink, to a breaks infused oldschool overhaul from Child Of The 90's. We also taste some original UKG flavour with BK298's shuffling recreation, before diving into our official premiere of Block & Crown's official remix, which can be streamed here.
