‘An Increase In Entropy’ is the third and final triumphant piece in the trilogy of the 90’s Jungle / Drum and Bass flavoured releases from ASC for Samurai Music. Following on from the ‘An Exact Science’ EP and the ‘Isolated Systems’ LP, James again explores timeless motifs that have echoed through the years from their 90’s origins and brings them up to date with his intricate touches and ASC signature layers, while keeping the rawness and tempo that imbues the tunes with authenticity. James continues to re-establish himself as a 'one of a kind' producer whose skills succeed in establishing a creative peak in any style he works on.

" I made these joints with the homie WULU when he was out here from LDN,So we walked around Leimert Park on a Sunday he bought a few records from a vender in the park we went got some backwoods and headed to the studio he was staying where they had a MP 2_G XL so i started chopping up his records on a shitty portable vestax turntable... jus raw..no jimmy....
3 backwoods later i came up with the first beat and the interlude was just comedy to me......3rd joint he came up with the drums and i added on.... its been a few weeks and today is the first day i heard these joints... there knocking... hella raw.....so as we enter Mercury Retrograde and folks lose they minds...i present to you Mercury RetroFADED...
