About Paracusia
Cerebral drum & bass with paranormal activity

Oliver Rhodes, aka Paracusia, makes a sound that looms in a murky late-night interzone, where minimalist drum & bass bass melds with darkly ambient experimentalism. Involved at the experimental fringes of drum & bass and jungle since the age of 15, he played sets at 90s showcase nights in the south- west featuring forward-thinking labels like Reinforced, Metalheadz and Rugged Vinyl. After a decade-long stint in the Antipodes learning his trade as a producer, he returned to the UK with fresh appetite and now resides near Bristol.

This mix is comprised of newer versus older releases, unreleased material, collaborations and some forthcoming tracks, New EP called 'The default' is out now on 'Squares Music', New Album called 'Freeforms' is available now on 'Regression Media' Another new album release will also be with us before Spring 2024. @homemadeweapons is an artist who released on labels such as @samuraimusicgroup , @onsetaudio and @anttc1 and also runs his own label @homemadeweaponry. His music is of a kind I class as relentless, tribal & hypnotising.
He handed in an hour long mix that lives up to his name and I could not be happier about it :)  His mix can be heard in hour 2. Sadly there's no tracklist to go with that, so you'll just have to enjoy it.
