this is the second Wheezing Dogz EP and was their last record - they would later morph into the Leotard Geeks, there were only 215 of these records pressed and they never had a cover but some lucky ones did get the poster of the gal in bondage

the vocals on this tune are by 17 year old Mark ROCCO Newbery at the Acme warehouse in Stratford in 1980 - recording was done with 2 microphones onto an open reel tape deck by Fray Bentos

Dave Fischer was the bass player for the Wheezing Dogz and the Leotard Geeks. Dave true love was country music and he had a couple of bands - the first was " Japanese Teenager" and then " The Legend of Texas Doom " - this is the title track from their cassette release

the cassette release was numbered 26/50 and signed by Dave.......... I found this cassette this morning is a donation from Chris Woolf of Woolfy's restaurant in St. Mary's - I hope to load up some video in the coming weeks

a two piece dance band from Stratford Ontario - this is the first song from the cassette release "BOOK" - this is a digital copy from the cassette - "The Village of Disposable Lighters" consists of Fray Bentos ( ex Wheezing Dogz and Leotard Geeks ) and Amon Duul ( ex Puff Forbes and Die Lawn Chocolate ) - this was recorded in one take

the last song on the cassette release "BOOK" - each of the seventeen cassettes came in a hollowed out book that was silk screened and then held together with 3 - 3" bolts, nuts and washers
