SNIPPCAST

For 19th episode of Snippcast we asked our good friend from Serbia for a mix. Igor Radošević aka Cosmic G is a DJ with radioshow called «Castello Bianco» on Amok Radio and also makes music. Cosmic G tracks with his teammate Laars are released on compilations from Haŵs, Comma Traxx and Snippets Music. Few days ago Igor and Laars announced their debut EP that will be released soon on tenth release by Croatian label Vakum Records.

Девятнадцатый эпизод Snippcast мы предложили записать нашему хорошему товарищу из Сербии - Игорю Радошевичу, он же Cosmic G. Игорь известный белградский диджей и ведущий радиошоу «Castello Bianco» на Amok Radio, а также он создает собственную музыку. Его треки, записанные с коллегой Laars, были выпущены на компиляциях от Haŵs, Comma Traxx и нашем Snippets Music. Помимо этого несколько дней назад Cosmic G и Laars анонсировали дебютный совместный EP, который вскоре выйдет десятым релизом хорватского Vakum Records.

Snippcast number 21 was recorded by Caprithy in his home studio in Tbilisi, where he now based. The tracks included in the mix were chosen by the musician according to his favorite formula: minimalistic blips, groovers and a bit of breakbeat. Selection on top!

Caprithy - SNIPPCAST #21

Fresh episode of Snippcast was recorded by Artem from Moscow, who produced electronic music under aliases Navechno and Local Acid Club. Navechno’s “Dreamworld” EP was released on Snippets Music early this May. 

For the mix Navechno has presented some music that inspires his works a lot and that which can be most often heard in his dj sets: an hour of house, electro, trance and, of course, his signature acidic sound, which can be clearly seen in “Dreamworld” and other releases by Artem. Have a good listening!

Счастливый, седьмой, Snippcast записал для нас главарь петербургского винилового лейбла Potential Move, на счету которого уже два VA-сборника и мини альбом проекта Петербургские Звуковые Системы - Man On The Drums. Александр в качестве подборки для серии выбрал вторые стороны своих любимых пластинок, большинство из которых проверенный временем хаус старой школы, успевший настояться со временем и зазвучать вдвойне вкуснее.

Seventh episode of Snippcast was recorded for us by head of St.Petersburg based vinyl label Potential Move, which already has two VA EP and a mini-album of St.Petersburg Sound Systems - Man On The Drums. Alexander choose his favorites b-sides most of them old-time-tested house which makes  sound just better.

Alexander Molchanov is a music enthusiast who has been a driven part of  the local music community in Russia since 2011. Starting off as a DJand 4 years later, moving up forward with crafting and advancing his skills as an artist. He spent a good amount of time playing local gigs, while contributing to building his small studio with the proper setup at the same time. As every musician needs time to absorb all the material to go through different phases of his career, it took some time for him to get there. In 2017, he started his own label called Potential Move with a debut vinyl EP featuring local artists, coming from his hometown, Kaliningrad, followed-up with another EP and a mini LP, released this year. While keeping busy with the label management, he has also appeared on the first two records with tracks of his own production under Man On The Drums alias.

After taking some time off from the dance music, he's currently hosting a radio show playing experimental / genreless music and working on his debut release we're expecting to be dropped next year.
