Kash started his career in 1986 in clubs and also on radios. 

In the 90's, he worked for five years on a french national radio called Fun Radio in Paris. He played on air with Laurent Garnier, Carl Cox, Jean-Marie K, Sonic... During that period he performed many times at Paris Bercy called now Hôtel Accord Arena, also at Les Bains Douches (David & Cathy Guetta), at La Loco and Le Folies Pigalle in Paris.

In 1999, he moved to Tahiti in French Polynesia and was the founder and managing director of Star Fm for three years. 

At that time, living halfway between Los Angeles and Tokyo made him a globetrotter. He played Music for sexy people in Japan, USA, Spain, New Caledonia, Croatia and many more countries. He showed his skills all over the world.

He left south Pacific after five years for Paris to create France Prod, a Tv & Radio production society. He worked with Arthur, one of the most famous french presenter and TV producer.

Walter Sobcek is a French duo from Paris.

Since 2011, Sobcek have been generating serious blog heat around the world thanks to a handful of beautifully constructed official remixes (Housse de Racket, Bastille, Chilly Gonzales, Sebastien Schuller among others) and the release of 4 EPS (Je me souviens, Miami Midnight Crush, Take Off Your Shoes) which brought them also to mainstream exposure on french TV (M6, W9, MTV Pulse....)

In 2012, their cover of the Hall and Oates classic “She´s Gone” was picked by Les Inrockuptibles to feature on their covers compilation with among other Hot Chip, Brigitte and José Gonzalès.

Sobcek produced the first EP of french hedonist-pop band Destin on Polydor / Universal Music.
