Hard to believe it's been over a year since my last studio mix. A lot has happened since then, it's impossible to keep up. Yet at the same time I find myself frequently caught in moments of nothingness.

This mix does very little, and it also does a lot. Some of it's stripped, groove-focused, and lazy. But it transitions into something dense, complex, and anxious. My goal was to have each track reach a bit further than the last, leaving the listener to wonder where the hell we're all going. Sign of the times, in many ways.

Also happy to say this mix opens with a track from my upcoming collaboration EP with YokoO and another track from the release is a bit later in the mix. That EP comes out in a few days on YokoO's Satya label, and I'm quite proud of our work together on it.

I'm happy to share the audio recording pulled from my live video stream at the Mixmag Lab, NYC (my new home!) My track selections for this one were intended toe the line somewhere between a club gig and a headphones listening mix since there were 100 people on the dance floor but 1000's of people listening at home. These Mixmag Labs tend to reach a wide audience of dance music enthusiasts around the world, so I also made a point to try and showcase a little range of what I'm playing these days.
