DJ Sweap and Pound 500 are Switzerland's most notorious DJ duo. Their name rings bells far beyond the border of the alps. Due to numerous successful mixtape and album releases and gigs at the most exclusive clubs around the globe, Sweap and Pound 500 have been a DJ-powerhouse in Switzerland for well over a decade. 

Their tireless work-ethic and countless gigs in hundreds of clubs gained the congenial duo a big and loyal following in Europe. Their music videos reach millions of views, and even before the YouTube craze Sweap and Pound were regulars on MTV's TRL Charts. In 2006 their hit single "Wie Er", which featured Kool Savas, was in the Top 10 for an entire month. Sweap and Pound have since released dozens of mixtapes, a seminal album and collaborated with industry heavyweights like Sido, Marteria, Stress, Styles P…. The list goes on. 

Said list is longer than Manute Bol/Yao Min/Shawn Bradley stacked on top of each other. How about A-Trak, Whoo Kid, Ghostface, Just Blaze, Common or 50 Cent? Just to name a few of the artists, Sweap and Pound have shared stages with. Be it Europe's biggest Hip Hop festivals like Fresh Island in Croatia, Openair Frauenfeld in Switzerland, Splash in Germany or the hippest ultra lounges in the US, UK or Russia, promoters love and keep booking Sweap and Pound. Their sets are as diverse as the cities they play them in. HipHop, Dancehall, Rnb, House, Electro in New York, London, Moscow, Berlin or Zurich, Sweap and Pound know their business
