The wait is over - PB4 is here. Perhaps one of the most revered album series in drum & bass is back with a vengeance, and some are saying it maybe the best yet. 

It’s hard to believe this is the debut track by Calibre on Metalheadz, and it’s already a firm dancefloor favourite thanks to its skipping drums and variants in bass. The drums have the unmistakeable Calibre air to them, the air that grabs you by the hips and demands you move and paired with the aforementioned screwface bass, it really is a foregone conclusion that you're going to move.

Making a bold entrance on 4 Jungle Records, the duo Rollz Royz drops their heavyweight debut single "Hustlin’ / Rolling’ Ba" — a release that doesn’t just knock, it rattles the system.

"Hustlin’" kicks off with fierce energy, combining saturated synths, gritty textures, and pounding drums that hit like a street anthem turned rave weapon. The bassline is thick, heavy, and unapologetically aggressive — made to dominate dancefloors.

On the flip, "Rolling’ Ba" continues the assault with fat, distorted basslines and rolling breaks that bring intensity from start to finish. It’s a raw and relentless Drum and Bass cut that blends underground attitude with polished chaos.

With this debut, Rollz Royz showcase their signature: high-pressure sound design, fat synths, and no-compromise bass. 4 Jungle Records once again proves it’s the place where fresh talent and heavyweight sounds collide.

The man who needs no introduction is back with a rework of one of the most iconic and popular tracks from his My Heroes album, “Silly”.

That’s right! DJ Marky has given “Silly” the VIP treatment with a tub-thumping amen break complimenting the smooth and soulful flow that only the Brazilian maestro can deliver. Friction has already aired the track on his BBC Radio 1 show and considering the damage the original version did, things are looking hot for this VIP remix.

The flip side is another liquid roller in the shape of “Ready 2 Go” that is jam-packed full of the summer flavour Innerground has become renowned for.

The digital package comes with an extra flourish as Nytron Power turns his attention to another hit from the ‘My Heroes” longplayer, “Bella Drix”. Nytron’s many influences around Techno, Nu-Disco, House and Electro are all present here, with an ebb and flow to the bassline that really gets the juices flowing.

DJ Marky is really ramping up the pressure from his Innerground imprint, this time in the shape of a release from the man himself.

Launching with Should I, we get a beautifully constructed track, custom-built for summer and screaming INNERGROUND from start to finish. A leisurely intro quickly gives way to a sublime bassline littered with the kind of vocal that has become synonymous with the Brazilian marque. 

Next up we have Love Break, which levels up the energy and intensity without breaking from it’s “liquid” stride. Another well-thought-out production that has many, if not all, of the elements you might look for in a Drum & Bass track – liquid-tinged darkness that has the uncanny ability to not only move you, but surprise you at the same time.

“Should I/Love Break” continues DJ Marky’s tradition of creating some of the most seminal tracks in the genre and his knack for building releases drenched in summer vibes all year round.
