Defying the conventional wisdom that you have to be young, good looking and with a full head of hair to start a band, Mid Life Crisis was conceived from the union of middle-aged angst and a burning desire to rock.  Now, at last, we’re making up for lost time by putting together a repertoire of original material that is musically inspired by influences from the 60’s onwards but lyrically reflects what we’re going through now. Consequently, many of our songs attempt to capture the emotions, dilemmas and insights of mid-life crisis. But maturity also means not taking yourself too seriously. Largely untrained and sometimes unrestrained, we also love to kick loose, escaping our daily lives by following the music wherever it takes us. 

Are you going through your own mid-life crisis? Do you feel too old to rock yet too young to die? Throw off the shackles that are holding you down! Let Mid Life Crisis us be your inspiration. Let Mid Life Crisis be your voice!
