AlouSa, ambassadors for electronic dance music as well as the movers and the shakers across the UK. Bringing a diverse electronic perspective spanning a lifetime of musical influences from across the board, including, drum and bass, alternative rock, 90’s dance and the dark side of the moon. 
For AlouSa, the duo came together in a busy Nottingham Trent Students Union bar back in ’13 when discussing a love for mixing, the determination for getting on the Nottingham DJ scene and the ambition for turning out their own dance music.
 In the nationally acclaimed historic music city of Nottingham the duo were formed under the name of AlouSa – pronounced AL-LOU-SAY. The reasoning for the name, for the time, to be kept under wraps until they claim to have a following of 1000. 
 Alex Hathway and James Slater have been involved in the music, media and events industry for quite some time.  Alex, currently smashing out lights and sound as a tech at Nottingham Trent Students Union to more than two and half thousand people every Saturday. James, creates, promotes and runs events around the country stemming from Cornwall to the North of England. 
The duo claim to take influences in regards to their DJ sets from the likes of progressive house giants Hardwell, Avicci and Nicky Romero and a short stone throw over to the deep underground house scene greats such as Maya Jane Coles, MK, Breach and Ejeca. 
AlouSa, currently are in the production processes and throwing out mixes every few weeks in order to begin establishing themselves within the music scene of not just Nottingham, but the United Kingdom and no doubt soon enough, further afield.
