<a href="http://apileoflofi.tumblr.com">A Pile of Lo-fi!</a> is a Creative Commons licensed compilation series with seventeen volumes (and counting) to its credit. To date, the series has featured work from over 100 independent artists ranging from the most obscure to major label expatriates and all variations between. Despite its deceptively simple concept and distribution, this little compilation has a surprisingly far reach, with contributors and listeners in countries throughout the Western world and beyond.

Born in 1987 in Northern California, I started playing guitar around the age of 12.  In my late teens I picked up harmonica and violin.  After majoring in Politics for some reason, I re-committed myself to music in my late twenties. I have played in the US, Europe and New Zealand.  My dream (soon to be fulfilled) is to be a full-time musician.  I am inspired by science, politics, relationships and the bizarre experience of being human.
