Meta Zen closing out the Silent Disco at WTF 2017 - If you are not familiar with Silent Discos, there are multiple djs playing and dancers get to choose which channel they listen to. There were two other dj's playing- I was the blue channel as we closed out the stage on the last night. I got some great feedback... and the picture speaks for itself. At the start of the year, San Pedro cactus, whispered to me that I would be compiling music in time. And as the year has progressed , my creativity and passion in sound has increased massively . the first mix was done a couple months ago, and now

I have been working night shift on the farm 7pm to 7am. 
This mix has had its influences from the stars above. 
Celebrating this galactic activation 10 day period in the mayan calander. this sound offering being a gift to bring through at this time. being alone for the most of this 2 week period, in this time i have made this attempt to learn more about the stars, there constellations,  to develope in lucid dreaming , and to the learning about these music softwares and mixing, flow and music harmonics. 

 I made this mix for the intention that someone make art to it, or to have an entheogenic journey. being present with the sounds in its entirety. 

it has been a pleasure doing a mix in my favourite genre of organic ambient electronica. there is a few classic favourites mixed in here, with artists like ishq and sinepearl, yet some new discoveries aswell. Yet it is music that has carried me from dusk till dawn. so enjoy these long trance inducing soundscapes. they will take you far!

Meta Zen - Ethereal Thursdays (2017 - 11 - 16)

One of my resident DJ sets opening up for Craftal, Chrome Wolves, and Buku.  The night went off,- every artist put together a great set
However, I feel this might be some of my best work yet, mashing, looping, and mixing through your inner and outer cosmos.... Honestly, I'm excited to keep pushing my limits.

So this mix is not for the faint of heart, its some of the hardest, filthiest, most psychedelic music I have in my arsenal.  It is probably best suited for your super hyphee house party or gym time.  I'm gonna have to dig deep for my next set.
