Connections is a release that tells the story of Piazer's path into the psytrance spiral and the relation of this journey with his work as a musician. In the eternal stride of the artist, many bridges were built, friendships were forged, links were estabilished, all in the name of music and art. The sun is slowly appearing, trees and plants are starting to shine ever so bright and green, seasons are shifting… and Oraculum drops at the perfect time. 🌴☀️

It was back in 2024 when I randomly met Till aka Daksinamurti and Janosch aka Lemurians at Ethereal Decibel Festival, and since then a bond grew around our shared passion for psychedelic music. After making a few projects together, him and Emiel invited me to be part of their upcoming compilation on Sangoma Records, and that’s how Dunes of Amal was born. 🌵🪘

I wrote this track in a special moment of deep introspection, where life was quite challenging and music was thankfully there for me. I then put every emotion I felt into this musical journey, and a long evolving sonic adventure came out. 🌙 Venturing through dynamics of ups and downs, morphing basslines, tribal instruments, electronic synthesis and oriental chants, I wanted this track to have it all. 🧭🏛️

Its title “Dunes of Amal” is meaningful to me, as “Amal” means hope in Arabic, and is also the name of my beloved mother, who I dedicate this track to. 💛
