Enjoy a healing sound journey to balance your root chakra.
The root chakra, or Muladhara, is located at the base of your spine. It provides you with a base or foundation for life, and it helps you feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. Your root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability.

This is my first sound journey, recorded in Ableton Live... I used the planetary frequency of the earth day (194.18Hz according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to balance and heal the root chakra (Muladhara).

Muladhara Healing - A sound journey to balance and heal the root chakra

Enjoy a Healing Sound Journey to balance your Sacral Chakra. 
The Sacral Chakra, or Svadhistana, is located below the navel and is associated with the kidneys and sex organs. It enhances creative expression, improves sexual intimacy and increases intuition.
This Sound Journey will support you getting the energies of the creative, sexual, and emotional self flowing again to unblock and activate your Sacral Chakra.

The Svadhistana is associated with several characteristics:
- sensuality, sexual intimacy, and giving and receiving pleasure
- creativity and unstructured expression
- birthing environments
- healthy emotions and the inner child
- the divine feminine
- synchronicity

For this Sound Journey I used the planetary frequency of the Moon (210.42 Hz, according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to balance and heal the sacral chakra (Svadhistana). Svadhistana Healing - A Sound Journey to activate & balance the Sacral Chakra

Enjoy a Healing Sound Journey to balance and open your Heart Chakra. 
The Heart Chakra, or Anahata, is located directly in the middle of the breastbone, one can put their hand over their heart chakra and feel their own heart beating in their chest. It represents the feelings of love towards others and towards ourselves as well as a overall state of happiness.


Respective organs are the lungs, liver, thymus, heart and blood circulation. 
An open heart lets us be more open to others and we get along with people of all different backgrounds and personality types. 
Typically, a person with a well-balanced heart chakra is happy and tend to find joy in the day-to-day things that they experience in life. It doesn’t take some grand event to make them happy, nor do they have a tendency to go searching for happiness through some type of outside circumstances. They realize that happiness genuinely does come from within and they make the most out of virtually any type of situation they find themselves in as opposed to trying to change their circumstances in order to feel better about themselves.

With a blockage on this Chakra you’re probably going to have a very difficult time feeling deeper, more meaningful emotions like love or joy. In fact, you’re more likely to become very distant toward others. You may find it difficult, if not impossible, to forge new and meaningful relationships with other people. 
A person with a unbalanced or blocked heart chakra may experience chest pain and heart palpitations. It also affects how well the person is able to breathe because it has a direct impact on the function of the lungs.

Its associated color is Green.

When your Anahata Chakra is balanced you are full of Love, Happiness and openness. 

The Anahata is associated with several characteristics:
- compassion
- love towards yourself and others
- happiness
- trust
- connection to others
- surrender

For this Sound Journey I used the planetary frequency of the Earth Year (136.10 Hz, according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to open, balance and heal the Heart Chakra (Anahata). Supported by instrumental elements, organic percussion and natural atmospheres, this Sound Journey provides a deep, meditative Sonic Experience.

Anahata Healing - A Sound Journey to open, balance & heal the Heart Chakra

Enjoy a Healing Sound Journey to activate and balance your Crown Chakra. 

The Crown Chakra, or Sahasrara, is located at the top of the head or slightly above. It sits like a crown, radiating upwards.

Most commonly represented with the color white,  can it also be depicted as deep purple. The auric color of the crown chakra energy can also be seen as gold, white, or clear light.

The Sahasrara is associated with the following characteristics:

- Consciousness
- Awareness
- Wisdom
- Connection with the formless, the limitless
- Realization, liberation from limiting patterns
- Ecstasy
- Bliss
- Presence

The crown chakra is associated with the transcendence of our limitations, whether they are personal or bound to space and time. It is where the paradox becomes norm, where seemingly opposites are one. The quality of awareness that comes with the crown chakra is universal, transcendent.

As we are immersed in the energy of the crown chakra, we feel a state of blissful union with all that is, of spiritual ecstasy.
Some describe it as the gateway to the cosmic or divine self, to universal consciousness. It’s linked to the infinite, the universal.

The Sahasrara is primarily associated to the pituitary gland, and secondarily to the pineal and the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus and pituitary gland work in pair to regulate the endocrine system.  Because of its location, the crown chakra is closely associated with the brain and the whole nervous system.

Energetically, the seventh chakra has a connection with the first chakra, as they both are at the extremities of the chakra system.

When the Crown chakra has an imbalance, it can manifest as:

- Being disconnected to spirit
- Closed-mindedness
- constant cynicism

On the opposite side, an overactive crown chakra could manifest as:

- disconnection with the body
- Living in your head
- being disconnected from earthly matters
- Obsessive attachment to spiritual matters
- Closed-mindedness 

For this Sound Journey I used the frequency of the Platonic Earth Year (172.06 Hz, according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to activate, balance and heal the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara). Supported by instrumental elements, organic percussion and natural atmospheres, this Sound Journey provides a deep, meditative Sonic Experience.

Можно включить спокойную музыку. Сядьте удобно. Закройте глаза. Обратите внимание на то, чтобы спина была прямой, а макушка находилась на одной линии с копчиком. Затем послушайте свое дыхание... Дышите свободно и спокойно, без напряжения... Отрегулируйте свое дыхание в этот режим и дышите осознанно. Затем прислушайтесь к тому, как бьется Ваше сердце. Сосредоточьтесь на его пульсации. Мысленным взором пройдитесь по Вашему телу... Постепенно расслабляйтесь... Когда вы достаточно расслаблены, положите левую руку в основание позвоночника так, чтобы между ладонью и тело было небольшое пространство. Найдите такое расстояние, на котором Вы будете ощущать взаимодействие ладони и тела (это условие нужно соблюдать и далее). Это область первой чакры. Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша первая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к красному. Представьте, что из вашего позвоночника в землю вырастают корни... Связывают Вас с Землей...

Перенесите ладонь левой руки в область нижней части живота... Это область второй чакры... Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша вторая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к оранжевому.

Перенесите ладонь левой руки в область солнечного сплетения... Это область третьей чакры... Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша вторая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к желтому.

Перенесите ладонь левой руки в область грудины... Это область четвертой чакры, сердечной... Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша четвертая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к зеленому.

Перенесите ладонь левой руки в область основания горла... Это область пятой чакры... Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша пятая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к голубому.

Перенесите ладонь левой руки в область лба, между глаз... Это область шастой чакры... Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша шестая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к синему.

Перенесите ладонь левой руки в область над макушкой... Это область седьмой чакры... Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша седьмая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к фиолетовому. Почувствуйте, как световой столб из вашей седьмой чакры устремляется в Космос...

Теперь опустите руку... Посмотрите в свое внутреннее пространство и обратите внимание, как изменилось Ваше состояние... Побудьте с этим некоторое время... Глубоко вздохните и скажите: Я люблю жизнь и жизнь любит меня.

A transformational vehicle of transcendence... to get closer to the divine and melt in time and space.
It's medicine... caretaker... it keeps us safe.. lifts us up!
It serves as an emotional amplifier and grounds us when we are in need.
MUSIC IS PURE LOVE

As a Sonic Alchemist, I made it my mission to use the power of Sound and Music, to bring balance into our daily life and harmonise distorted vibrations with naturally occuring healing frequencies. 

But my work is not only limited by performing healing on an individual, but on a larger scale through production of 'Sound Healing Journeys' and 'Medicine Music'. 
In this field I use healing frequencies, such as the 'Solfeggio Scale' and the 'Cosmic Octave', to create a special Sonic Experience. 
The Sound Journeys, based on these principles, are created to bring healing through relaxation and balance of the energy centers (Chakras). 
In some setups I use a combination of traditional instruments (Gongs, Singing Bowls, Shrutibox...) with modern technology (Computer, DAW), that creates an even deeper healing experience. 

Another effective way of healing through sound, is the use of healing frequencies and natural atmospheric sounds in Music. 
If listening to Music at home or on the dancefloor, being surrounded by sound that is in tune with the Source, brings healing on its way. 

In my Music Productions and Live Sets, I use in general a natural tuning of A=432Hz to provide a more natural and gentle experience to the listener. 
 The 'Solfeggio Scale' is often part of my musical arrangements and is used in many different ways. Indigenous and acoustic instruments, such as percussion or flutes are basic elements of my setup and provide an even more mystical, deep, natural Musical Journey.
