This Sound Healing Journey is created with the intention to help you align, activate and balance your chakras using specific healing frequencies and sound healing instruments like tuning forks, singing bowls and gongs to enhance and amplify your healing intentions.

With this template I created a journey for each chakra, starting with the Root Chakra going all the way up to the Crown Chakra. A chime sound indicates the transition to the next chakra. You can intuitively feel into how to work with this Sound Healing Journey but one example would be to breathe into the specific chakra visualizing the color it represents and on the inhale you breathe in new fresh energy and on the exhale you visualize old and blocked energy leaving the chakra. Your breath and imagination are very powerful tools to faciliate change and healing in your life. Please make sure to drink plenty of water after the sound journey to help the integration and cleansing process.

The PLANETARY CHAKRA HEALING TEMPLATE was created in collaboration with the Sound Therapist and Electronic Music Producer Evelin Ludwig aka EVENARIS. Evelin provided high quality studio recordings of her planetary tuned sound healing instruments like Tuning Forks, Gongs, Monochord,, Crystal Bowls and Tibetan Bowls.

Planetary Tuning goes back to the discovery of the Swiss Mathematician and Music Scientist Hans Cousto who calculated the frequencies of the planets within our solar system and by using the principle of the "Cosmic Octave" translated them into a Tone, Frequency, Tempo and Tuning that we can apply to tune instruments and create healing sounds and meditative music that has a harmonizing effect. Sound Healing instruments some of which were used for this template like Gongs, Tuning Forks and Singing Bowls are produced tuned to the frequencies based on his calculations.

We based our template on those calculations by Hans Cousto:

Root Chakra: Earth Day 194.18 Hz, Tone "G", Tuning 435.9 Hz, Tempo 91 Bpm

Sacral Chakra: Synodic Moon 210.42 Hz, Tone "G#" Tuning 445.86 Hz, Tempo 98.63 Bpm

Solar Plexus Chakra: Sun 126.22 Hz, Tone "B" Tuning 449.8 Hz, Tempo 118.3 Bpm

Heart Chakra: Earth Year 136.10 Hz, Tone "C#" Tuning 432.10 Hz Tempo 63.8 Bpm

Throat Chakra: Mercury 141.27 Hz, Tone "C#" Tuning 448.51 Hz Tempo 66.2 Bpm

3rd Eye Chakra: Venus 221.23 Hz, Tone "A" Tuning 442.46 Hz Tempo 103.7 Bpm

Crown Chakra: Platonic Year 172.06 Hz Tone "F" Tuning 433.56 Hz Tempo 80.60 Bpm

So each Chakra has its specific tuning, tone, frequency and tempo and all the instruments and sounds are tuned and timed accordingly to achieve a maximum of harmonic resonance atonement.

Travelling 3 months in our mobile home with my children through 6 countries, playing ecstatic dances at awesome places like: in a big greenhouse comunity in Gent Belgium, on the mountains at the outskirts of Barcelona, in a awesome Dome on the cliffs beside the ocean in Ibiza, in an old landhouse by the sea in sintra and at the red bull academy dance studio in porto both places in Portugal.
      
During our travel we also combine my ecstatic dances with visiting some alternative way of living communities and different families that live in the nature. Educating our children in a very natural way of living, simple, ecological, conscious; aware about whats happening with this our human experience and cultivating the love of life and creation. With counted just few exceptions we were all the time in nature, climbing, surfing, trekking, dancing and just enjoying the forests, the trees, the sand dunes, the hills and cliffs, the waterfalls and lakes, the skies, the stars and the sun, the moon and the deserts; always wondering about our mother earth and this life that we have, seeing her always present.

We hear a lot music and played it. A part of them is here recorded in the podcast for agami. A very special one, that tell the history of a diferent kind of nature landscapes, emotions and most of the powerful waves of the atlantic ocean that accompany us most of the time in our nomad path. 
      
Intense times need a lot of dance and nature conection, tons of love and joy to overcome the fears and sadness.

It all started with a vision... a dream... a feeling!

One year ago I started to manifest the strongest Vision of my life... the clearest call...

...after many encounters with parts of my self, hidden deep in my heart, I started to see my path unfolding more and more... the vision getting clearer, I knew i will find my way back into musical creation... to find the artist in me... the healer... the visionary and dreamer.

"SoHum - Sonic Alchemy" is a Manifestation of my Soul... my way to bring healing to this world.

This year was filled with with powerful moments... a transformative Time on multiple levels... personal... spiritual... emotional. I could grow as an Artist and Producer... but most important... I could share a part of my Soul and hold space for a multilayered healing experience guided by Passion, Love and Sound.

My gratitude to all Festivals and Events that gave me a Chance to perform my Sonic Alchemy and bring healing to the Dancefloor.

Sound is the base of all creation, so it's all there is!
A transformational vehicle of transcendence... to get closer to the divine and melt in time and space.
It's medicine... caretaker... it keeps us safe.. lifts us up!
It serves as an emotional amplifier and grounds us when we are in need.
MUSIC IS PURE LOVE

As a Sonic Alchemist, I made it my mission to use the power of Sound and Music, to bring balance into our daily life and harmonise distorted vibrations with naturally occuring healing frequencies. 

But my work is not only limited by performing healing on an individual, but on a larger scale through production of 'Sound Healing Journeys' and 'Medicine Music'. 
In this field I use healing frequencies, such as the 'Solfeggio Scale' and the 'Cosmic Octave', to create a special Sonic Experience. 
The Sound Journeys, based on these principles, are created to bring healing through relaxation and balance of the energy centers (Chakras). 
In some setups I use a combination of traditional instruments (Gongs, Singing Bowls, Shrutibox...) with modern technology (Computer, DAW), that creates an even deeper healing experience. 

Another effective way of healing through sound, is the use of healing frequencies and natural atmospheric sounds in Music. 
If listening to Music at home or on the dancefloor, being surrounded by sound that is in tune with the Source, brings healing on its way. 

In my Music Productions and Live Sets, I use in general a natural tuning of A=432Hz to provide a more natural and gentle experience to the listener. 
 The 'Solfeggio Scale' is often part of my musical arrangements and is used in many different ways. Indigenous and acoustic instruments, such as percussion or flutes are basic elements of my setup and provide an even more mystical, deep, natural Musical Journey.
