I am thrilled to share with you a live recording of my deep house and organic house music set, performed at the renowned Welur Festival. This set was the opening act at the Welur Stage, the main stage of the festival.

As the sun set and the crowd gathered, I embarked on a sonic journey blending deep house grooves with organic house elements. The energy of the set grew with each track, creating an immersive experience for the audience. The deep basslines and intricate percussion formed a solid foundation, while the organic textures and melodic elements added a touch of natural beauty.

"Silentium universi," also known as "The Great Silence," can be linked to the Fermi Paradox and the concept of "The Dark Forest" from Liu Cixin's science fiction novel. The Fermi Paradox examines the contradiction between the high likelihood of extraterrestrial civilizations and the lack of evidence or communication with them. It raises the question of why intelligent life remains unseen despite the existence of potentially habitable planets. In this context, "Silentium universi" reflects the absence of observable communication or interaction with other civilizations, underscoring the scarcity of detectable signals or physical evidence. It suggests that if other civilizations exist, they might opt for silence, refrain from broadcasting their presence, or employ technology that renders them undetectable by our current means. Thus, "Silentium universi" encapsulates the notion that the universe appears silent and devoid of apparent contact with intelligent beings, resonating with the enigmatic nature of the Fermi Paradox and the concepts of "The Dark Forest" where civilizations remain hidden to avoid detection and destruction.

The Drone Pilots #048 - Silentium Universi

In this third part of my ETHEREAL 3/5 sets I have created a mixture of quite varied sounds and genres that have merged to create a hypnotic, very rhythmic atmosphere with a lot of groove and mysticism.
During the 2 hours and 40 minutes of the session, I have been completely carried away by my feelings and current musical tastes, without pressure to follow the same style, there is a variation of bpm from 118 to 123 that has led to a harmonic session and changing.

As in the second part of my "Ethereal 2/5" session, I started with a very smooth and atmospheric intro, then gradually developed towards a more energetic, frenetic, even crazy rhythm, but always keeping that ethereal and balanced feeling.

En esta tercera parte de mi sets ETHEREAL 3/5 he creado una mezcla de sonidos y géneros bastante variados que se han fusionado para crear una atmósfera hipnótica, muy rítmica con mucho groove y mística. 
Durante las 2 horas y 40 minutos de la sesión, me he dejado llevar totalmente por mis sentimientos y gustos musicales actuales, sin presión de seguir un mismo estilo, hay variación de bpm desde 118 a 123 que lo que ha llevado a una sesión armónica y cambiante. 

Al igual que en la segunda parte de mi sesión "Ethereal 2/5", he comenzado con una introducción muy suave y atmosférica, para luego ir desarrollando gradualmente hacia un ritmo más enérgico frenético incluso loco, pero siempre manteniendo esa sensación etérea y equilibrada.

ETHEREAL 3/5

The little Medusa, being born in Iran where there are tons of limits on musicians and the music itself — that is most likely inevitable when it comes to females — began her journey as a DJ in 2009 in the country where parties are thrown underground. 

“At that time, my educational background was electronics engineering and I had no musical background at all, but I was feeling it’s running through my veins and that fueled me up to go for it despite all obstacles! I had been playing in parties with a big fear of getting arrested every single time. As I grew older, the less I tended to risk my freedom and I decided to let go of my passion.
That didn't last long though. I moved to Dubai. And after years of effort to get back on my feet again, I started with learning music from the basic level, learning how to work with Ableton Live and producing my own music.
I am currently working to learn how to mix and master my own tracks to release them and meanwhile I am having fun with making some DJ mixsets.
I love producing, mixing and listening to great Techno and House music. Organic House is the genre that works all the time for me. I can party as well as chill with it!
Since I live in the middle of the desert in Dubai, making the mix you are listening to has been quite a vibe for me and thanks to Atlaset Radio and their amazing request, I lived the vibe to the fullest and I'm gonna share that with everyone who would listen to it with so much Love and Passion!
