Our guest is Dr. Gerald Horne, Moores Professor of History & African-American Studies at the University of Houston, who has written more than 30 books.

Starting July 15, families with children 17 years old and younger will start getting child tax credit payments on a monthly payment from the U.S. government. Our guest is Peggy O'Mara, an independent journalist who publishes her writing on Medium and other outlets. She was the editor and publisher of Mothering Magazine for over 30 years.
