DJ Redmond, DJ / Producer in many kinds of Techno dance music, has been DJ'ing since 1990. Most people know him on the London Acid-Techno underground scene, where you can find him (if you are lucky enough to be there) whipping the dance floor with his non-stop energy. 
Chris, having his own successive record label Scratchmix Records and being signed to the infamous Dave The Drummer's lable "HYDRAULIX RECORDS" and his own promotion "SCRATCHMIX PRODUCTIONS", is very well known for his turntablelist skills, with the scratching and tricks he uses over Techno dance music, which sets him aside from many of the headline DJ's out there... 
DJ REDMOND is one of London's most recognised ScratchMasters, and has traveled and played in many different countries to date, showing them how to do it London-Style!!

Lead singer of London Anarcho-Punk band DOGSHITE, Tiddles first flexed her vocal chords recording with The Geezer for seminal Acid techno label Stay Up Forever, fusing Ska riffs and chatting vocals, with the party sound of 303's and heavy 909 beats. With further releases on Highwire, and again on Stay Up forever with Chris Liberator  and KN, she began to deliver the Tiddles sound to the world.

With the formation of DOGSHITE, she took her inimitable sound into the Punk underground, chalking up several appearances at London's Punk gigs,as well as U.K. festivals like Boomtown Fair and Onion festival, honing her skills in the live arena as a vocalist. Subsequently she began DJing  Ska and Reggae within the underground scene and soon became a much sought after DJ on the buzzing festival/club circuit, clocking up gigs at Glastonbury (with Unfairground), Guilfest, and Level 1 festival, as well as club nights like reading Big Tunes, Guildford's 'Suited and Booted' and London's 'Club Neurotica' whom she became a resident for last year. Sticking with her Punk roots, she also plays as a resident for Squat-Punk kings, Reknaw as well as clubber's pre-kend chill evening, 'Prekend'. She has also headlined alongside Neville Staple at two of the recent packed out 'Specials' afterparties!

Since then she has begun guesting as a vocalist on a wide range of projects including X-DB ('Dubsista' on Wemoodswing label), Freepower Movement ('Outlaw') and Oi-Stars ('Bell')  (both on the Beetroot records label, and well received critically), DJ Trashman's new unreleased album (on the track 'Rudegirl') and a future project featuring members of The Boardroom. As if she wasn't busy enough with all that she has now begun working with Dubstep maestro Junior Buzz and has joined Beetrrot records much tipped label homeboys The Dice as a featured vocalist alongside rapper Emceekilla

I'm a self-taught multi-instrumentalist living in London, England. My main instruments are keyboards, bass guitar and double bass, but I also play electric and acoustic guitars, ukulele, 6-string banjo and chromatic harmonica, and I will have a go at anything else that makes a noise.

My musical roots are in the Blues, but my recordings range in style from country to punk to experimental, with bits of funk, jazz and retro movie soundtrack thrown in. And hopefully a bit of humour...

GIZELLE (aka Rebel Yelle) has been spinning all things Acid, House & Techno since the acid house explosion hit London at the end of the 80’s.

Gizelle's DJ journey began playing funk & soul music in a bar in Deptford, but when she first experienced the sound and energy of acid house music in the summer of 1988 her musical direction changed overnight. Her first major gig was playing acid house & balearic beats as resident DJ for the ‘Asylum’ parties in south east London and for the ‘Cooz’ parties in north London, warming up for legends Mr C, Evil Eddie Richards and Shock Sound System. 

But it was in the mid-90’s when more musical connections took place. In 1994 she met Sexy Rubber Soul at Brazen Radio, an all female community radio project in London, and from there was invited to play for the Zero Gravity second birthday party event in Hackney. This was a major turning point where people were actively coming together, connecting and taking right action through music and creativity. So from this, Gizelle became involved with the Zero Gravity collective parties and through this scene she also linked up with the Liberator DJ’s and Lawrie Immersion, who invited her to first DJ on the Immersion Sound System at the squatted Cool Tan arts centre in Brixton. After this first event, she began playing out every weekend on Immersion at underground free parties, in and around London, and soon became a strong female component and force behind the decks playing alongside comrades Chris Liberator, Aaron, Liberator, Julian Liberator, DDR, Guy 'Geezer' McGaffer, Dave The Drummer, Ant, Zebedee and many more, delivering the new London acid techno sound coming out of the underground party scene at those times.

In the late 90's, she joined the ‘Stay Up Forever’ collective, producing acid techno under the guise of ‘Rebel Yelle’, DJ'ing all over the UK & worldwide, and running the ‘Antidote’ record label whilst working in music distribution, exporting SUF Acid & Techno labels and then as production Manager for a collective vinyl pressing plant, formed by members of the underground techno scene. 

Over the years she has constantly explored dance music and experimented with different styles of acid and techno styles, as well as house and breaks.  She is still passionate about the underground dance music scene, its creativity and the diverse community it brings together. Over the years, she has developed her sound encompassing new styles of Acid House and Techno, alongside more experimental and wonky electronic sounds, together with breakbeat, house and reggae, as well as the everlasting classic acid house and old skool sounds from the roots of rave culture.

Gizelle has played worldwide in places such as Russia, Japan, Venezuela, Brazil, Australia, USA, Holland, Spain, Poland, Belgium, Bulgaria and all over the UK. Over the years, she has also played festivals such as: Glastonbury, Boomtown, Maui Waui, Illusive, No Mans Land and Surplus Fest.

2013-2017 Gizelle broadcast the successful monthly REBEL YELLE SHOW on Optical Radio. Each month she invited fellow established DJ’s and Producers from the London underground party scene to guest on the show, exploring the sound of the underground and different styles including Acid House, Acid Techno, Techno, Old Skool Acid House & Rave and Breakbeat. Gizelle Rebel Yelle has also played as a guest DJ on various independent radio stations such as Pure Radio (Holland), Report To The Dancefloor (Greece), FNOOB (UK), Live in Hackney Show on Techno FM (UK) and Reels Rebel Radio (UK).

Acerbic 
(Stay Up Forever/Hydraulix/Cluster/Perc Trax)

Acerbic is the exciting new acid and hard techno project from Ant Wilson, aka Chicago Loop (Tronic/Respekt/Toolroom) and formerly known as DJ ANT (Powertools Records/Stay Up Forever Collective). 

After a 10 year hiatus from acid and hard techno, writing and performing more mainstream techno under the name Chicago Loop, Ant felt that in 2023 it was high time to revisit a scene that he knew and loved so much, the London Underground scene, and therefore created an exciting new project to fulfil this desire. And so Acerbic was born.

Poised to take on the acid and hard techno scene with full force, ACERBIC launched in 2023 with a well received 4-track vinyl release on 'Stay Up Forever’s' sister acid label, ‘Acid Artists in Action’, with the lead track, ‘XXX’, becoming the acid techno anthem of the summer after causing huge scenes at both Glastonbury Festival and Boomtown Fair. This was closely followed by a huge 3 track digital EP on D.A.V.E. The Drummer’s infamous ‘Hydraulix Records’, released to coincide with his main room set at the Hydraulix party with Slam at Club Fold in London last October. Then at the end of the year, two more 4-track vinyl releases were sent to the cutting room and readied for release for 2024. The first one being the hard hitting ‘In Your Face EP’ on the collective's main imprint itself, ’Stay Up Forever’, which was released in March and a storming techno release on ‘Cluster Records’, called 'Ready Player One', released a couple of months later in May. In addition to the SUF and Cluster vinyl releases, he also dropped a slamming 2 track 303 driven acid techno EP, called 'High-Voltage', on Mark Sherry’s 'Techburst Records', a full-force techno slammer on vinyl on Ireland's ‘Interruption Recs’, a killer 4 track digital EP on Belgium's ‘Arkham XXX’, a huge 2 track EP on Canada's ‘Resilient Recordings’, a monster rave anthem on Skirra’s Mechanikal' and finally a slamming remix of Krissmix's' 'Pills Of The 90's' on 'Stay Up Forever'.

It has already been a busy year for ACERBIC releases, but there's more big news yet to be announced! SUFHYDRO (a collaboration label between Stay Up Forever and Hydraulix) is set to release a huge 12 track Acerbic triple vinyl and digital album. Exactly when the release date will be set for is unknown as of yet, but the process of manufacturing has begun on this massive project, so watch this space! Additionally, watch out for a slamming remix of 'Perc's 'Imperial Leather' on  'Perc Trax', due for both vinyl and digital release in February 2025.

The name Chicago Loop has now been firmly stamped throughout the modern world of techno, albeit within a fairly short space of time. The man behind this relatively new alias however, is certainly not a newcomer to the scene. Ant Wilson, or Ant to his friends, has been producing electronic music and traveling the globe playing clubs, events and festivals for the last 25 years from Japan to North and South America, Russia, South Africa, Europe and everywhere in between.

Within just a few years of launching this project, Chicago Loop has secured releases on major labels such as Phobiq, Respekt, Toolroom, Riot, Funk’N Deep, Renesanz and Techburst and his tracks have received continued support from some of the scenes biggest players. His 2016 techno hit, “Use Me” on Techburst Records enjoyed over 200 days in the Beatport Hard Techno chart and sat at the No.1 spot for over 25 days. In addition to the many successes with releases, Chicago Loop has also showcased his sound around the world, playing events in places such as Asia, South America and across Europe. Some highlights have included the legendary “Techno Tuesday Amsterdam” and the sold out “Welcome To The Future Festival” events. 

Always busy in the studio continually writing more techno and with many high profile releases currently being secured, Chicago Loop is certainly making some big waves in the techno scene right now.
