Noticing how much the sound system culture uplifted the local atmosphere, Zakarias founded Dub Inna Valley in 2016. Inspired by his growing devotion to roots reggae music, alongside the cultures of Rastafari, Dub Inna Valley generated multi-disciplinary platforms to distinctly represent the indigenous geographies of the valleys and the meadows of the southwest. 
Dub Inna Valley is committed to building the consciousness of human compassion. In addition to musical performances, the empowerment of local artists and community members, through designing shared spaces that include: art showcases, fundraisers, family-friendly gatherings, and community-oriented lectures. 
Aiming to bring more cultural diversity to the scene of the small-city, Dub Inna Valley, has evolved as premier platform in its own right: exhibiting a range of modern musical influences. ,Serving and preserving roots music  through the leadership of Ras Zakarias.
