Ilario Alicante’s label presents a ten-track compilation with familiar names and debutants.

Since its launch in 2024, Ilario Alicante’s Sound D’Elite has fast earned recognition as a hub for both established and rising voices in the underground scene. As part of Sound D’Elite’s mission to celebrate global dance music culture, the label now unveils its first Various Artists compilation, ‘Elite Gathering Vol.1 (Sonar 2025 Edition)’ — the inaugural chapter of a brand-new VA series, timed to coincide with Sonar 2025 festival.
Bringing together a selection of trusted contributors and fresh arrivals, the ten-track compilation captures the essence of Sound D’Elite’s forward-thinking approach, with London’s Antss kicks things oﬀ with ‘Can’t Right Now’, delivering a relentless groove packed with energy and bounce. Spanish duo The BeatBoy’s take a darker turn on ‘Closer’, blending moody atmospheres and rolling percussion. Italy’s White Oﬀ brings a rumbling low-end pressure on ‘All Ma Ladies’,
primed for late-night floors.
Making his debut appearance on Sound D’Elite, Justin Rabin experiments with glitchy textures and playful vocal chops in ‘Handle This’, while returning favourites BizZa, GruuvElement’s, and Artslaves, deliver their trademark punch and precision. Vanny Granata, and Piero Acinapura, bring their own distinct flavours, ranging from crisp, techy rhythms to stripped-back funk. Closing out the compilation, Antonello Camboni and Stefano Crabuzza join forces on ‘About Music’, merging their individual styles into a deeply grooving dancefloor tool.
With ‘Elite Gathering Vol.1 (Sonar 2025 Edition)’, the label sets the tone for what promises to be a forward-thinking series—one that captures the energy of the scene’s landmark events while continuing to champion innovative artists from across the globe

Birmingham-based DJ/producer and label owner Ryan Resso makes his first appearance on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax imprint with his latest EP ‘Still Get You’, landing on 10th October. As the label continues to champion emerging and exciting talent from across the globe, offering a platform for producers delivering distinctive, club-ready sounds, Resso - who has previously released on UNLISH, NATURE, Belief, PIV Club, and his own WYLD imprint - brings his sound to the label for the first time with a three-track package designed for the dancefloor. 

The EP opens with ‘Still Get You’, a driving track layered with shuffling percussion and zipping synths that build an infectious, dancefloor-ready feel. ‘Jam To The Beat’ shifts gears with a punchy, rhythm-focused approach, balancing rolling drums, hazy chords, and heavy low-ends, while ‘I Like It’ closes the EP with vibrant, upbeat energy, combining another infectious bassline and hooky samples and motifs throughout to deliver a cut crafted for the late hours.
