 Rú hailing from Creggan, Athlone, started getting into music when he was 10 years old when he got a drum kit for christmas, and then a set of numark belt driven turn tables and a mixer, "the styles of music were so opposite they attracted", learning to play the violin in 2006 through school made the passion of music grow enormously,"The best thing ive ever got as a present was my very first laptop!" he started production Late 2009 working with genres such as, Hardstyle Progressive House, Electro House, Dubstep, Big Room & Melbourne Bounce, Not getting the sound he desired he took a 2 year hiatus to step back and find his footing in the genre that suited his personality, in 2016 he got back in the groove whilst finding deep/future house,"the drums really help my hip swinging beats!" as a energetic personality that style suited to the ground!, support from Kenny Tynan, Filtroniks/Galactus, Diskoma, Azzy! & Calum C gave him the nudge to stick with his unique style of house,2 signings, I'm A Boss!-Emotional Noise & A collaboration with Kenny Tynan called Gnosis on Solid Minds Digital, And My Debut E.P Unseen Unheard is still a shock its like all my birthdays coming together!!! "2016 is my year! getting 3 signings on 2 different labels in such a short space of time has really made me change music from a hobby to a passion!."

I was born and raised in Galway on a staple diet of Irish traditional music. My mum is a button accordion player and wanted all her children to play Irish traditional music so off we were sent to lessons with Matt Cunningham from an early age.
As a teenager I rebelled against tradition and got into rock and metal music starting a band with friends from school.
As I got older my tastes broadened and today there's not a genre I won't listen to or consider playing.
To date I've played countless gigs with too many musicians to mention. I've played gigs all over Ireland and in 2013 managed to make it to China on tour with Fling.

The many instruments I play include bass (fretted & fretless), double bass, guitar, banjo, piano accordion, tin whistle, mandolin, ukelele, piano.
I'm involved with a number of bands at the minute but don't hesitate to contact me about work.

Current bands: Bite The Killer Cat, Fling, Midlands Big Band.

Bands I've worked with: Pulse, Dave and the Dastardly Deeds, The Tav Jam Band, After The Flood, The Sober Moe's to name but a few.

Four piece Irish rock group.Formed in 2001 and split in 2005.Signed to Treasure Island Records and toured Ireland extensively from '01 to '04.
Moved to U.S. in '05.Did a load of gigs and split up.Bunny were - James Mullally on vocals and rhythm guitar,Steve Devaney on lead guitar,Robbie Gannon on bass and Shane Gough on drums.
