DJing for over 20 years, Rory has been a pivotal figure in the London underground scene for many years and was one of the founding members of the Oldskool night, Distant Planet. In 2018 he founded his club night / collective Das Booty, which he has been popping off in recent times, showcasing his undying passion for Electro, Techno, Ghetto-Tech, Miami Bass, Hip-Hop, Oldskool Hardcore, Acid, Breaks, etc… hosting at their parties the likes of Jerome Hill, Dexorcist, Warlock, Altar, Ben Pest and many more.

In addition to their contributions to the rave community, they have also recently took the next step to becoming a record label in 2020, with some stellar V/As bringing together quirky producers from across various styles - breaking down musical boundaries!

Modern spearheads of the UK acid-house scene, the duo are residents & hosts of "I Love Acid" clubnight, as well as the vinyl-only label of the same name, and their main imprint "Balkan Vinyl" on which they released essential records from Mark Archer, Luke Vibert, Plaid and more…

They have run well over a hundred parties since 2007 across the UK & Europe - with current regular residencies at Pickle Factory in London and Gorilla in Manchester. "I Love Acid" won best club event in DJ Magazine's Best of British awards 2019.

The duo have an extensive back catalogue of 12"s on labels the like of Tusk Wax, X-Kalay, Dixon Avenue Basement Jams, Body Work, Craigie Knowes, Shipwrec, Chiwax, Acid Avengers, B12 Records as well as their own imprints.

They’re about to release three cuts of psychedelic electronics on Cyberdome’ sublabel of 1Ø Pills mate, complete with a remix from DMX Krew !

"NOCTAM003 contains 5 Remixes of selected pieces from Thiskk's 2020 album, Numbers Station, which released on this label as Noctam002.

One of the Remixes is a Grime VIP from Thiskk himself.

Two are from previous label partners, Andrew_psc & Denizens, with the former being a 2 step garage rework of Thiskk's "low them", and the latter being a Hard Techno flip of "Itchy Walls".

Two of the efforts contributed come from label newcomers, Temple Sniper, and Dzee.

Temple Sniper, Otherwise known as Label head, Joe Varela, has brought a deep and progressive dub techno take on Thiskk's "Merrydown".

Nashville native, and Tram Planet records head, Dzee, has brought a tough and rolling Electro Slant to Thiskk's "Daughter".
