We are pleased to welcome a psytech producer from Ecuador, Spektrx, with his debut release on Soliq Records ‘Secrets of the Void’. This EP transforms the echoes of failed communications—like lost signals drifting through space—into a deeply immersive sonic experience. Blending hypnotic spatial sounds with haunting vocals, it weaves a progressive atmosphere that pulls listeners into the void. Ethereal yet rhythmic, each track resonates with the mystery of the unknown, creating a soundscape that feels both distant and intimately close.

Founded in 2023, Soliq Records is a psytechno-inspired and influenced record label that aims to specialize in cutting-edge, genre-bending psychedelic electronic music.

Omar Alejandro Dj/Productor radicado en Santo Domingo-Ecuador. Su amor por la música lo llevó a comenzar a actuar en las fiestas privadas de sus amigos en su adolescencia. En 2012, Omar fue invitado a formar parte del line up de la primera fiesta electrónica en Santo Domingo, consolidándose como uno de los pioneros de la escena de música electrónica underground de la ciudad. En 2022 inició su andadura en la producción musical. 

En sus sets trata de explorar sonidos profundos y oscuros iniciando desde lo más suave, para ir subiendo progresivamente hasta hacer estallar la pista de baile.

Omar Alejandro began his journey into music in 2012, and his particular fondness for sounds led him to produce happier music such as House, Tech House, and Techno by 2022. By mid-2023, he started delving deeper into a darker Techno sound, thus creating his new alias Spektrx, exploring styles like Minimal Techno, Psy Techno, Dark Progressive, while still maintaining the techno line. Placing his music on important labels such as Refused. - Soupherb Records - Friendly Critter - Padang Records, and many more. However, he continues to work hard in his studio to further define his sound when creating music and provide better auditory experiences for the listener.
