XUCRUT is a band by Chilean LA based drummer Pepe Hidalgo, producer-bass player Fito Otero and rapper Carmine Mattia. Their music features a fusion of rap, jazz and psychedelic rock. 

Their debut full length album "II" just dropped on August 19th 2021.  Almost a conceptual album, this cautiously crafted project takes the listener into a 12 track journey through energetic beats, rap and a sound exploration of atmospheric sounds full of turns and twists. The project was recorded as live takes, to achieve a natural band feel with emphasis on instrumental performance, sound design and continuity.
