From downtempo chill, to mid tempo groove, to up tempo tribal, to afro deep, this collection has something for everyone, capturing magical moments for any mood.  

Summer Sol VIII features artists from 20 different nationalities such as Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia, Israel, Turkey, Spain, Colombia, Ukraine, and Russia, to name a few.  24 of the artists are appearing on Sol Selectas for the first time, and alongside them are 10 returning Sol Selectas friends. 

The cover art by Helia Jamali portrays the moment that we catch the light, and the energetic rays of the sun activating our spirit through the divine connection.

Dj Avi Revach - Meet Me at the Lighthouse [Sol Selectas]

Sol Selectas Records specializes in deep tribal dance music, mixing folkloric sounds and ancient rhythms with modern electronic grooves. Founded by DJ/Producer Sabo in New York City in 2006,  the label is now run by Sabo and his wife Helia Jamali, whose artwork and design  re-awakened the spirit of Sol Selectas, through her visual interpretation of the audio frequencies. 

With now over 115 releases, showcase events, and residencies around the World, Sol Selectas leads the way in organic house, downtempo, and afro house, consistently topping the charts and setting trends.

The label captures a vast spectrum of multi-cultural sounds, featuring both rising underground stars and industry legends like Acid Pauli, Sabo, Satori, Be Svendsen, Safar, and Unders.

Dj Avi revach has been a dj, producer and remixer for 22 years.

Avi's music ranges from chill out & world music through organic house to ethno house and ethno techno.

Avi was born and raised in a neighborhood of new immigrants from all over the world, where he was exposed to a great variety of music brought by the new immigrants from their countries.

Avi studied music from the age of 10 at school, he started by learning drums and went on to piano and fell in love with ethnic and Indian music and began to learn their different and unique instruments.

In Avi's music you can find the Middle East, the Balkans, Turkey, India and even touches from Jamaica.

Avi is signed on various labels from around the world including:
Tibetania Records, Cafe de anatolia, Planet Ibiza Music, Three records (uk), World sound and more.

Avi plays in clubs, festivals and pubs and his sets range from organic house to ethnic techno, a musical journey around the world from the tribal rhythms of Africa, through the unique instruments of the Middle East to touches from North America.

Avi is currently working on a live show called Supertonic Project which combines musicians with instruments from all over the world and electronic instruments.
