For this remix pack, we attracted friend of the family Raphael Mader for a truly epic breakbeat extravaganza, which takes the original into completely new territories. Uncanny and unique, just how we like it.

Black Peters known from his releases on Afterlife and Oddity gives a more noire edge to The Age of Innocence. Gritty bass-stabs cut through the mix like a cleaver.

Voices of the Valley bring this ethereal quality to the mix, with melancholic chords and counter-leads to accompany the original.

With the continuous expanding sound of Pursuit, we recently reached out to our fanbase for an exclusive remix-contest partnering with Ableton and Lessons in Live. With a community of creators, were overwhelmed by all the successful tracks we received.

Our pick for the win is the talented Tensive Line! Tensive Line came through with unique sound-design, completely overturning the original into something brand new. Mesmerizing and wondrous, a worthy edition to this remix pack.

We are very excited to welcome a very famous and talented Egyptian artist on our label, who deliverers 3 outstanding melodic house & techno tracks.

Mohasseb began his music career in the early 2000s and is one of Cairo Jazz Club's main headliners where he has been playing well over a decade. In addition to playing in Pacha Sharm El Sheikh, he has played in Family and Friends and Theatre of Dreams; two of Egypt's biggest festivals. With his fresh take on melodic techno beats, Mohasseb kicked off his international career in Greece in 2015 leading to a series of gigs around the world. His bio includes playing alongside international DJs Adriatique, Denis Horvat, Adana Twins, Claptone, Adam Port and Monolink- to name a few.

For us he made a strong 3 track EP called Walls, that incorporates organic sounds, intriguing synth progressions, grooving basslines, very nice build ups and and melodies.

This EP is a full melodic journey with each song standing out by itself.

Add-Us serve up two intense episodes of oceanic transcendence. The bass of Sail floods the dancefloor like a powerful spring tide. Serpentine melodies rise from the enigmatic depths of this track to the surface, where the sparkling echoes of the high hats bounce off. The remix of Beatamines transports this scenario into the sweaty darkness of a tropical night, as his equally hypnotic version has a distinct vibe of naked skin under the open skies. Then the duo Add-Us leads us into a wide, open space named Far Away. Solution Records is like everything Robert and Patrick from Add-us touch a matter of the heart. With the idea of not only wanting to take control of the music, but also the further process behind it, the label Solution Records is founded.
 
With melodic overtones and driving deep basses Add-us wants to decorate the label of music. Emotionally deep and in a trance of forgetfulness, happiness succeeds. This is how the duo describes their music, which they also want to embody with Solution Records. So you can look forward to music that touches and at the same time conjures a smile on your face.

Music accompanies us through life. Whether as a protagonist or supporting actor, it is always somehow with us. It accompanies us through ups and downs and often makes us forget everything. No matter in which life situation we are, there is always a suitable soundtrack that serves us in the moment as a solution to be free of all our thoughts in the next 6 to 8 minutes. Behind all these thoughts Robert and Patrick have chosen the name Solution.

To say Stephan Zovsky's career started in 2019 would be wrong. It would omit any mention of the two decades of DJing he’s got under his belt already, with countless gigs all over the place. It would omit any mention of his 2010 album ‘The Village’, produced with long-year musical partner Sandro Schäufler. It would omit any mention of his first set as Green Lake Project in 2016. No, to say his career started in 2019 would be plain out wrong.

Yet 2019 is a milestone year in the life of this prolific creative from Mecklenburg Vorpommern, that rural North-Eastern corner of Germany. It's the year his ‘Connect EP’ is out on 3000Grad Records, the first of a perpetual string of releases. It's the year Stephan Zovsky starts his own label Sueslide, a launching pad for his growing musical output that finally meets his notoriously high quality standards towards himself. It's also the year ‘GLP’ drops - the debut album of Green Lake Project, his successful joint venture with Mollono.Bass.

His ever increasing skill level as a DJ and producer resonates intensely with the scene and its dancefloors: His tracks rank high in prestigious charts. His inbox is flooded with remix requests, some even from rather remote music scenes like Indie or Trance. He is invited to perform his Stephan Zovsky liveact at Fusion Festival's famous Turmbühne in 2021.

His diverse background and tireless productivity make it impossible to pin Stephan Zovsky down to a particular genre. Anyway, mentioning his name in one breath with the term ‘Melodic Techno’ doesn't make him frown; the terms ‘tool-like’, ‘DJ-oriented’ or ‘club-ready’ make him smile. You won't hear him playing obvious bawl-along hits, but neither will you hear him playing nerdy, overly intellectual tunes. His understated, functional style sits comfortably in the middle, making him the perfect prime time artist for those moments when it's all about no-frills, strictly-thrills dancefloor ecstasy.

Mit Blick auf seinen vielfältigen Hintergrund und seine unermüdliche Produktivität ist es schlichtweg unmöglich, Stephan Zovsky einem bestimmten Genre zuzuordnen. Wenn wir ihn in einem Atemzug mit dem Begriff 'Melodic Techno' erwähnen, dann runzelt er zumindest nicht die Stirn; wenn wir Begriffe wie 'toolartig', 'DJ-tauglich' oder 'tanzflächenkompatibel’' verwenden, dann schmunzelt er. Vorhersehbare Mitgröhl-Hits gibt es von ihm ebenso wenig zu hören wie allzu verkopften Frickel-Sound. Mit seinen funktionalen und doch subtilen Sets passt er ideal in jene Art von Spitzenzeit, in der es ganz ohne Hype und Schnickschnack einfach nur gediegen zur Sache gehen soll.
