Galaxian has made a crucial contribution to modern electronic music in the 21st century, de- constructing & turning it on it's head while making bold strides into unexplored territories. Often recognised as a pioneer & innovator, his inventiveness is only surpassed by his ability to mine consistently new seams of sound, rhythms and intricate arrangements. 

More than a decade of authoritative releases on world-class labels & counting Aphex Twin, Mary Anne Hobbs, Helena Hauff & DJ Stingray among admirers, the latter being sometime collaborators. Notable live & DJ sets played worldwide at Boiler Room, Dekmantel, Resident Advisor and key releases on Tresor, BPitch, Ilian Tape, Return to Disorder, Micron Audio and many others & featured in a number of BBC Essential Mixes, BBC Radio 1 + BBC Radio 6 Mary Anne Hobbs. 

Beginning his journey behind the decks long before stepping into production, DJ sets display a reflect a deep well of knowledge and experience. Stylistically mixing style is rooted in a classic old-school approach, completely contemporary in track choices, techniques and performance. Sets are tightly woven, dynamic, incendiary, evocative. 

With recent releases on BPitch and Herrensauna, Galaxian - along with his alter ego Naix - continues to reaffirm his reputation for crafting unconventional yet essential electronic music that resonates in the 21st century and beyond. 

With such an intense output of 5 albums in 3 years it was time to take a long earned rest and consider new sonic avenues, developing new ideas and adopting different sound palettes and production techniques. During this extended period there has been a lot of evolution and shift for the Galaxian and Naix sounds resulting in dozens of new tracks and a few albums worth of material. 

In 2025 Galaxian turned his attention to the sample library world, launching a new platform called Wavkore in late March 2025. Designed to give producers fresh creative possibilities, it offers access to his signature sounds, a curated artist series, and plenty more developments on the horizon.

Ian, a Spanish-born London-based DJ, commenced his career in 1999, initially influenced by the techno rhythms of Berlin.
 
In 2006, he established Emphatic Records, which has since released artists such as Ben Sims, DJ Preach, Cristian Varela, d. Func, Jonas Kopp, Arnaud Le Texier, and numerous others.

Swedish techno innovator Lakej is back on Soma Records with a brand-new release that delves even deeper into the introspective, hypnotic soundscapes that have defined his sonic identity. Soma are proud to present the debut album from Rebekah as she unleashes the incredible ‘Fear Paralysis’. Rebekah has consistently been one of the most ferocious and exciting Techno artists for some time and is currently riding high within the Soma ranks after debuting on the label back in 2015 with the audacious ‘Confined Heart EP’. This album has certainly been a labour of love for Rebekah as uncertain times, musically, lead her to refocusing all her time and energy into developing her sound with the aim of creating a cleaner rhetoric than she was generally known for. The culmination of this process has found Rebekah returning to a simpler time where elements from the depths are explored thoroughly within Fear Paralysis.

Rebekah wastes no time in diving head first into her first full length, with even the Intro setting the dark and ominous tone of the release. Breakfast With Jeff really kicks off Fear Paralysis as Rebekah further ups the pace, unleashing a menacing yet powerful Techno workout. The feisty producer then takes things down a different path, exploring more album orientated material as 1997 Reprise, Requiem For A Dream & Breath see Rebekah explore various forms of broken beat, atmospheric and more thoughtful territories. Rebekah continues to show her versatility as a producer as the album process continues. Tell Me Your Secrets serves up a more cerebral sound whilst title track Fear Paralysis evokes a deeper more emotive side whilst remaining, ultimately, a dance floor focused track. The later half of the album sees Rebekah once again delivering on what she does best. Thirteen is a pounding and sinister affair, laden with perilous drones leading perfectly into I Died A Thousand Times. Another broken beat affair swamped in mutated sequences and murky background textures. The jacked up Code Black, a track already doing damage as the 2nd single taken from the album, powers home toward the back end of the album which allows Rebekah to bring things to a close on a more deeper tip. Again drifts gently with its staccato baseline line, wistful pads and filtered percussion with Rebekah’s own vocals providing the depth. The electronica based Later That Day and the vicious Anxiety, taken from Rebekah’s 2nd Soma single, bring this momentous album to an electrifying end.

Rebekah easily shows off her adaptability throughout and clearly shows a very wide range of influences in each track, making Fear Paralysis the perfect listening and club use album

Liza Fox, also known as Fox, is an Irish DJ and Music Producer, founder of Hunt Events and co-founder of Poor Mouth Records. Additionally, she is the co-organizer of Zone One Event and signed to Advanced Booking Agency. Her extensive career spans guest DJ appearances across various counties in the Republic of Ireland, including Dublin, Galway, Athlone, Clare, Waterford, Kilkenny, Carlow, and Dundalk. She has also showcased her talent at Fuinneamh festival and internationally with gigs in Ibiza, Tenerife and Romania.
