Jaé Keaton is a singer songwriter & rapper from Indianapolis, IN. Some of you may be familiar with his earlier work when he was known as Jaé Keaton. His sound is very unique and timeless. With him tapping into hard rap flows then crossing into r&b. Doing covers to Rihanna songs and rapping over Jay-Z beats etc. Some compare him to the likes of Jay-Z, Frank Ocean, Drake and Chris Brown. Who he has mentioned to be very influenced by. Growing up he had a lovely but challenging up bringing. Being the youngest of 3 his parents split at age 5. Jared took it very hard, even though both parents are present in his life. He spent most of his earlier years in the dangerous parts of town. Always singing and dancing around the house with his cousins. Family knew he was destined for stardom. By 3rd grade his mother moved north of town seeking a better education and surroundings for Jared. By 15 his older brother is sentenced to a year & a half in prison. Jared sadden by his brothers direction in life and early childhood  traumas. He starts to write and produce songs not yet recording but writing and singing for friends and family. After graduating Pike High School in 2014. He begin working at recording studios, various jobs and attending some college. Then  eventually recording his own songs and releasing numerous of songs, a ep on SoundCloud & Youtube. Building a fan base, he starts appearing in music videos and doing lots of collaborations. Stay tuned for what’s next. We’re all on the edge our seats.
