The dreamy choruses are in contrast to the Funky bass line and rhythmic Bowie-esque verses with lyrics that paint the picture of our modern era. The lyrics speak of shallow lives in the instant world of social media and ponzi schemes. In both the male and female world of vanity, a love for material things at the cost of morality and depth. Nadia wanted to create a dreamy chorus that made the listener feel like they were floating in a magical world of delusion. The focus was to create a sonic scape that draws the listener in irrespective of the message where they can get lost in the sound even if not paying attention to the lyrics at first listen. Produced by Mike Abiuso at Behind the Curtains, whether you  choose to lose yourself in the sound or be captured by the lyrics, the song sticks in the mind.
