ABOUT
Austrian-based producer and DJ Severin Su’s career reflects a transdisciplinary approach, shaped by a versatile background and a deep passion for collaboration.

His musical journey began in Banja Luka, Bosnia, where he received a classical music education at a regional music school, honing his piano and vocal skills. 
At the same time, he worked in his father's recording studio, refining his expertise in complex compositions and experimenting with live instruments and vocals. 
This early experience led to the release of two highly successful pop albums and hundreds of live performances over the years.

In 2015, Severin transitioned into electronic music, releasing tracks on various labels. 
His music quickly climbed the charts and gained support from industry titans such as Solomun, Tale Of Us, WhoMadeWho, Pete Tong, and Kölsch, among others.



Beyond club music, Severin’s compositions extend into sound design and contemporary music projects. His work has been showcased at prestigious venues such as the 15th International Architecture Biennale in Venice and Architektur Galerie Berlin.
He also co-composed and performed Opera Scultura, a groundbreaking fusion of opera, electronic music, and sculptural art, which received critical acclaim, including coverage in Germany’s Zeit magazine.

Severin continues to push creative boundaries, blending genres and artistic disciplines while shaping his evolving sound.

Known for riveting bass drops, cutting-edge jazz production, and fiery live alto saxophone, OSSIEN crafts a strikingly unique sound that attracts bassheads and music aficionados alike. In July 2025, his jazzy-dubstep single STORMY WEATHER — a cover of the Etta James classic — earned a feature in New York’s Times Square, cementing his arrival as one of today’s boldest electronic artists.

Blending big band jazz with hard-hitting dubstep, future funk, drum and bass, and everything in between, OSSIEN is a versatile artist who doesn’t simply stay behind the decks — he is a seasoned musician and electrifying live performer, injecting every record with instrumentation rarely heard in bass music.

Hailing from Northeastern USA and currently based in Denver, OSSIEN isn’t just different — he’s pioneering a new lane for bass music, delivering everything from anthem-level festival bangers to groove-driven experimental journeys.
