- Kima» EP, where four distinct artists bring unique interpretations to the
original tracks, each adding a fresh sonic perspective.

@erhanyilmazedits takes «Gallo» into more profound, meditative territory,
transforming it into an entrancing 4/4 electronic journey. Hypnotic rhythms and
immersive textures pull you in, creating a groove that subtly takes over, making
your head nod in sync with its pulsating energy.

@jonasfasching brings his signature pumping electronic drive to the «Gallo»
remix, shaping a bold reinterpretation inspired by the original piano sample. He
builds a captivating atmosphere through an eﬀective chord progression, later
expanding it with an expressive jam session on the «Novation Peak», adding layers
of evolving synth textures.

@turuanasi delivers a joyful, dance-driven rework of «Lunar,» infusing it with a
soulful touch. A beautifully expressive trumpet solo intertwines with warm
«Rhodes» electric piano chords, crafting an uplifting groove that invites movement
and emotion in equal measure.

@amu_amu completely reshapes the «Kima» track with a deep, atmospheric
sound design. Layering recordings of external synths and intricate FX, he creates a
slow-burning, hypnotic downtempo trip. The track flows like an endless train
through dark and mysterious soundscapes, with the «Arturia PolyBrute» and
«Novation Andromeda» lends organic instability to the textures, resulting in an
experimental, otherworldly ambiance.

These melodies were written in a state where I strongly felt and remembered that, after a bit of chaos, everything eventually comes together, and everything that has happened will ultimately make sense.

It may sound odd, but life truly has phases. Sometimes the magnitude of those phases is big, sometimes small. A good example is day after night, sun after rain. None of them ever lasts forever. If you fully commit to external conditions, that is the easiest recipe for unhappiness. I truly believe that conditioning yourself as an observer, while also embracing good moments and feeling unwell during rain - meaning allowing unpleasant feelings to just be there without judging yourself too much - is the only way to navigate as a human being and stay in touch with life. Because, eventually, it will all make sense. 

I am very thankful for this little chapter and the feeling I had that manifested into this track. I hope you enjoy it.

Obscure EP is a quiet return to the origin — where the first ideas surfaced, tentative and unresolved. It is a passage inward with the pieces tracing a long arc — from lightness to weight, from clarity to shadow. They’ve lived inside for years, slowly revealing their shape. Each track is a step toward stillness — not a resolution, but a center. A space where things aren’t explained, just felt.  A music for the in-between —
for what flickers, fades and quietly remains.

The EP closes with a reimagining of Light by Cedro — subtle reframing, like seeing memory from a different distance. His version doesn’t mirror the original but bends it gently, moving with a new kind of gravity. Something familiar, seen anew.

It's Good To Be A Tree is an organic house record label that releases trippy tracks with downtempo grooves, and this is the imprints fourth instalment of their annual various artist compilation.

'G2B3:COMP-04' features fifteen tracks by record label regulars such as Betelgeize, Daniel Hokum, Fawno, Valique, Last Gentleman On Playa, and Yassen. There are also a number of record label debuts from the likes of Dr Parnassus, Juanma Salinas, Aleceo, Kermesse, Yemanjo, Still Asian, Vavinchi and Andre P, it also includes first ever official releases by Kira Kinko, and Pasha Kruchini.

Collectively the artists on this release have individually featured on other respected record labels such as Leveldva, Cafe De Anatolia, Cosmic Awakenings, Sol Selectas, Underyourskin Records, down., Pipe & Pochet, Serafin Audio, MONADA, • kosa • and many others of equal calibre.

Aleceo's "Voyage" is a light and breezy organic house track with an uplifting mood and deep atmosphere.
