Klänge können heilsam sein, beruhigen und in die Stille führen, aber auch anregend sein und Energie in Bewegung bringen. Klänge können uns zutiefst berühren und uns gleichermaßen unvermittelt zum Lachen oder Weinen bringen. Klänge sind entscheidender Bestandteil unseres DaSeins!
"Nada" ist der Klang und "Brahma" ist der Schöpfer, also so etwas wie der Urklang, die Ur-Vibration. "Alles ist Klang" - d.h. alles ist Schwingung, alles schwingt - ist lebendig - miteinander verwoben - sich beeinflussend, - nicht sichtbar mit dem physischen Auge, aber spürbar - alles durchdringend.
Alles schwingt miteinander.
Die Welt ist Klang – das sagen nicht nur die Veden sondern inzwischen auch die neue Physik – dass in den kleinsten Teilchen letztlich nur noch Schwingung übrig bleibt. Und wenn ich mich als Mensch & Musiker mit Schwingungen und ihren harmonikalen Gesetzmäßigkeiten beschäftige, welche sich in unzähligen Möglichkeiten manifestieren und ablesen lassen, komme ich immer wieder zur heilenden, harmonisierenden Botschaft von Musik auf diesem Planeten.. und bin dankbar dafür!

Anyone that knows me well, knows that I have a minor obsession with cameras. Specifically manual film cameras. So I decided to try and record all the sounds one of my cameras, a Mamiya 645, could possibly make, and turn them into a song. The majority of percussion in this song stem from that experiment.

"Abandoned" was one of the first tracks I wrote when I began writing the album, and also one of few to stick around. Originally it started out as a cinematic piece for licensing, however, as the track progressed I liked it so much that I turned it into a full song.

AK - Abandoned

Bald nach dieser Zeit, als Eulenspiegel ein Küster gewesen war, kam er in die Stadt Magdeburg und vollführte dort viele Streiche. Davon wurde sein Name so bekannt, dass man von Eulenspiegel allerhand zu erzählen wusste. Die angesehensten Bürger der Stadt baten ihn, er solle etwas Abenteuerliches und Gauklerisches treiben. Da sagte er, er wolle das tun und auf das Rathaus steigen und vom Erker herabfliegen. Nun erhob sich ein Geschrei in der ganzen Stadt. jung und alt versammelten sich auf dem Markt und wollten sehen, wie er flog. 
Eulenspiegel stand auf dem Erker des Rathauses, bewegte die Arme und gebärdete sich, als ob er fliegen wolle. Die Leute standen, rissen Augen und Mäuler auf und erhoben sich plötzlich in die Luft und schwebten schwerelos über dem Marktplatz. Da begann Eulenspiegel zu lachen und rief: »Ich meinte, es gäbe keinen Toren oder Narren in der Welt außer mir. Nun sehe ich aber, dass hier die ganze Stadt voller Toren ist. Und wenn ihr mir alle sagtet, dass ihr nicht fliegen könntet, ich glaubte es nicht. Den um zu fliegen, muss man nicht auf das Rathaus steigen. Damit kehrte er sich um, und drücke play!

Manipura translates from Sanskrit as the "City of Jewels" Mani - gem, Pura or Puri - city). Manipura is often associated with the colors yellow,blue in classical tantra, and red in the Nath tradition.

Manipura is considered the center of dynamism, energy, will power (Itcha shakti), and achievement, which radiates prana throughout the entire human body. It is associated with the power of fire as well as with the sense of sight and the action of movement. Through meditating on Manipura, one is said to attain the power to save,change or destroy the world.

In Chinese qigong, there is a degree of correspondance with the term "Kua" or door. this series of doors connect with three Dantians that act as furnaces to convert different energies in the body. The lower Dantian exists in the stomach region. Its function is to convert sexual jing energy into Qi energy (a concept similar to Hindu prana). This is not the location of the lower Dantian.

The ten petals of Manipura are dark-blue or black, like heavily laden rain clouds, with the syllables ḍaṁ, ḍhaṁ, ṇaṁ, taṁ, thaṁ, daṁ, dhaṁ, naṁ, paṁ, and phaṁ upon them in a dark-blue color.

We become witnesses of a magical scene: mystical moon disk slowly rises above the picturesque lands of Galilee, gradually coloring the serene hills-waves with sensual, silver color, immersing them to a mysterious visions...Step by step, crossing the borders of the night world, from different parts of the valley in a hierarchical order unconsciously appear mysterious creatures and started their way to Mount Miron...The light is in darkness...
With apparent clutter, in fact, there is almost no sound, except chill wind and swaying trees...This increases self-reflection due to the abundance of cosmic debate inhaled with each breath...Intuitively we attracts irrational action and remaining unnoticed, following the lunar road and join that flow...
With each time cycle that bringing closer to the top, enchanting music becomes clearer...Apparently source is very, very close - On a small plateau that seems stretch to incredible sizes in space-time, at the center of the cosmic web, Tai Rona open the doors to the unknown...

There is one fairy tale in the world, so captivating and so beautiful, that only once hearing it aroma, you will feel to enjoy again and again...Meanwhile, small caravan moves in the middle of the sand dunes which are so tall that it seems like as if they reach the firmament and the road is inaccessible to the human eyes, like a thing bird Anka...Silence...Only sound of the heart, beating like darbuka’s rhythms...Wherever you look - there are sand what together with the wandering sun changes its color and shifting the assembly point...At the head, guided by occasionally  coming across stones, with the trail signs on them, AzAz - musician and wanderer, simultaneously checking the Berber  compass, enthusiastically paves the way to the well of Universe...
Once, somewhere in Medina, an old man told a story about a magical place in what ancestors communicated with God and received answers to all their questions...And now, like a beautiful woman eyes, this story completely captured him and he could not eat and could not sleep...Still kept thinking about this mysterious place...Unable to torture himself anymore, he and some of brave one's are hit the road...
A few days and nights they advanced into the heart of the desert...At some point, the doubts sent by the genies crept into the heart, but difficulty is always accompanied by lightness and the wind of favor, winnowed in the direction of the travelers, dispersed the rebellious thoughts and brought them to a small oasis...
Stepping closer, captivating and luxurious garden spread before their eyes: trees were slender, like the waist of a belly dancer, air was as cool and persuasive as youth, fresh grass covered the ground, tulip petals sparkled with moisture playing with curly hyacinths, and in the middle, under the shade of cypresses, murmur, a stream flowed from a well as pure as hearts of angels...Crescent moon appeared ahead of the stars, along which, as like it was a bridge...Travelers came to the well...Goal has been achieved...But all questions that fought desperately in the mind-cage, during a journey are disappeared...At this moment, possible to ask anything you want...But inside is silence, calm and a smile on the lips...This path was both:  question and an answer...

Among cumulus clouds is flourishing the kingdom of heavens...Whose inhabitants carefully hide in other vibrating sections of reality, impossible to see them from the ground, but they can choose when to show themselves... 

We meet with little Haneul-Ai, who always loved to watch to the earthly world, cause its rhythm and manners are so so strikingly different from what was happening surround her...Once, curiosity prevailed and with the support of the wind, on her viman she landed at the Yellow sea beach, in Korea...At the same moment, a couple passed by and when they saw the shining orb, they hastened to see what the heavens had sent them...This couple couldn’t have children, therefore, this evening they were on the beach, sending their prayers to the god of the sea and when they found the girl, they considered this their answer! 

Years flew like an arrow shot from a bow...Haneul-Ai grow very fast and successfully mastered her new world, and celestial life gradually disappeared into the halls of memory...One day, the waves told the Sea Lord about a girl of extraordinary beauty, living in a village by the shore...He decided to have a look, and as a result, spellbounded, he steals this treasure and drags her into his underwater kingdom... 

For several years she lived under the blanket of the sea...Meanwhile, grief came to the village - unable to withstand her absence and mother dies, and her father loses his sight...Oh and ah...In the underwater world, everything did not go according to the plan of the God of the sea, as her beauty was always overshadowed by sadness...Realizing the failure of his actions, he gives a choice, and Haneul-Ai returns to the village where finds her father in poor condition...Seeing everything that happened during this period, tears rolled from her eyes, and nothing could comfort her... With the wind circling, she grabbed one of the crystals of her tears, falling down on her cheeks like a waterfall, and delivered it to the sea god... With the help of his strength, her father’s vision was restored! All together they went to live in the sea world, where they live in peace and harmony until now…
The Sun will forever shine, and everything is a circulation of happiness and unhappiness, depending on how you see it... What perspective you choose... 

This is a new chapter of Amateur Exotic’s mixtales written by Seoul-based artist - Akimbo! 

PS: Its a live recording of a hybrid DJ set (CDJs, OP-1 synth, iPad synth) 
at a meditative Sunday session in the Euljiro area of Seoul... Reflection on

Gulf of Bristol ceremonially, following the lunar course, washes the shores of the southwestern part of Great Britain...Night...We fly over Bristol...Its so strange, but seems like this place is like a movie decoration: streets are empty and darkness into the windows...Having made a few circles over the houses and look into space, suddenly we noticed dim light...
Flew through the ajar window we find ourselves in a studio where, among various paintings, posters, synthesizers and drum machines, Guillaume de Ubéda sits right on the floor...Music is playing quietly...Gently sinking beside and closing our eyes, we're dive to introspective states...Synchronization of breathing and theta waves teleport us to a deep experience...

A small edge, protected from all sides by various kinds of lush vegetation, welcomes guests...Cozy grass, swaying from the wind, absorbing sun light, caresses the skin, arousing research interest...Forest residents individually perceived in their formless forms, with genuine interest accompany us...There is a certain rhythm in everything - inhale, exhale...Serenity...Step, another step, everything turns upside down, rotating, but there is no rejection and pleasant sensations suggest that everything is going right...Landscape changes, green color gradually recedes and breaks into small pieces, which are rush up...

Around us stars, planets, black holes, wormholes - holographic projection...Mysterious figures dressed in long cloaks, sitting in front of a huge gates, proclaiming mantras in an unknown language, invoking the power of the universal bodies, conduct their ritual...Many eyes simultaneously observe every action, every slightest thought movement...Feels uneasy...The state is changing - one by one the most hidden fears are manifest themselves...Backed by everything that is deeply programmed into DNA: the experience of all generations, primitive instincts, birth, death ...Initiation...Focusing and dissolving all these images, we move into the portal, opening unity with the Cosmic mind... Bliss...

Opening our eyes, we are still here, sitting on the floor at Bristol...Sunrise...we look at each other and smile, what just happened with us? What was the sounds that are accompanied us? Are all these are projections of the mind, which, cause of fears and blocks, did not want to let us into other, higher states, or is it all a dream, another level of illusion? Answer will be at new chapter of amateur exotic mixtales, written by Deep Nalström!

This has to be one of the weirdest situations under which I performed so far. Tribal Gathering had been under military lockdown for fear of Corona. Nobody let in or out - With some sneaking through smuggled routes. Attendants where in a paradisical spot at Playa Chiquita. Deep in Kuna Yala territory - jungle, ocean whatever you could whish for. 

The mood had been more contemplative than enthusiastic for a few days - people where worried about what the future might bring. Especially the artist community knew at this point that all upcoming  events were cancelled - their careers f##ked for the time beeing. 

With the prospect dawning upon us that this would be the last rave in a long time we were gripped by a quite sinister rave mode. And I decided to strongly rearrange my set on the spot - hoping to provide a valve to let out these mixed emotions. 

I played this for the moment, to provide some healing, not for uploading it on the internet. Now I am happy that it has been recorded as it will probably be the last real set in a long while.

Deep Stories wurde mit der Vision gegründet, dass bei unseren Projekten Ton, Text und Bild eine sich ergänzende Einheit bilden sollen, die der Konsument mit allen Sinnen erfassen kann. Über Jahre hinweg haben wir diese Maxime verfolgt und dabei mit unterschiedlichen Musikern, Autoren und Fotografen zusammengearbeitet. Wir freuen uns, dass wir euch diese Woche wieder eine ganz besondere Symbiose aus Musik und Lyrik präsentieren können. Unser Gast Alex Doering hat sich mit dem Autoren Theo Werfel zusammengetan und eine literarische deep story der Extraklasse geschaffen.
Theo Werfel lebt und dichtet in Heidelberg, wo er mit der Literaturbewegung »Es lebe der König!« in den letzten Jahren daran beteiligt war, zahlreiche Veranstaltungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Künstlern aus den verschiedensten Hintergründen und Herkunftsländern zu organisieren. 2014 kam so auch das erste Heidelberger Literaturfestival »Im Namen der Republik.« zustande. Gemeinsam mit »Protective Circle« brachte »Es lebe der König!« Schriftsteller, Musiker und Maler aus ganz Europa zusammen, die auf die verschiedensten Arten Literatur auf der Bühne erlebbar machten. Im Zuge dieses Festivals lernten sich auch Alex Doering und Theo Werfel kennen und stellen nun, in guter Erinnerung an vergangene Kooperationen, ein neues Projekt vor, das die natürliche Rhythmik von Werfels dichterischer Produktion, mit von Alex Doering feinsinnig ausgewählten Stücken verbindet. Inder letzten Zeit macht Theo Werfel selbst vor allem Musik, zusammen mit Pallas Aktiv, mit dem er die Band »da.« gegründet hat und noch in diesem Jahr das Album »Was du willst« veröffentlichen wird.
