The set you put on suddenly brings you out of rhythm, but getting up to skip the track is no longer an option.

We have been scouting for the perfect Sunday morning sets for quite a while already and while "Eigentlich heissen wir Klaus" & "Mattmosphere" have been steady suppliers of them for us, we also developed the idea of asking befriended artists to record one hour of music, to which they like to stay in bed with a loved one.

It's an intimate ask, but most of them said yes.

Cuddle Cast 16 comes from Berlin-based @madmoiselle_myrna, she is part of our friends at @wdlnds and has also played for our social partner @love-foundation back in 2022.

For the first time on radiozora, once played in Ambyss last year is DJ Suhaid, the main brain behind Kaloz record store and before that of course a whole lot of work he put in the hungarian underground scene with his Bomb the Jazz series. Nor DJ Crimson needs further introduction, he is our regular selector, and prolific player, happy to hear him in the guestmix section here for something different yet familiar. Under his Redrop alias, he explores more stripped-down, minimalist sounds, focusing on the subtleties of rhythm and texture, with a slight Dub background always. His forthcoming podcast under this alias will delve into these minimalistic soundscapes, showcasing his love for raw music, including some of the releases under the Redrop flag on Ausblick. Based in Berlin, AGP continues to blend vinyl and digital releases for his label, creating a platform for diverse, immersive electronic experiences. About this set, AGP says: "I decided to go for a bit of a really deep dub / minimal journey under my appropriated alias called Redrop. It’s one I use for really fine music, most of what I do under this is oriented towards repetitive and deep stuff. The mix is evolving between breaks, deeper, minimal, dub. Hope you’ll like it."

¨It's always an honor to play at the Warrior and this one was special in so many levels. A new chapter began with the Galaxyer, it´s different but felt the same. It was Saturday night after the man burned surrounded by dust storms and fire twisters. Saturdays are always like our New Year Celebration, sharing with our family and friends, everyone is still buzzing after a tough week playing in the desert. It's always challenging to play on this night as everyone is running on fumes, but it feels special to be a part of the closing ceremony. Usually Burning Man is the time of the year when I really unplug but this year I had to be close to my family, I’m thankful I was able to be back in time to say goodbye. Love You. ¨
