A dedication and pledge to support indigenous peoples and preserve unique cultures around the world, we are so much more than a crew, platform or label. A many-headed initiative, comprising of our own charitable foundation, it’s much more of a movement. A movement that channels the energy of its love for meaningful, forward-thinking house and techno to raise awareness, funds and spirits.

Since launching last year we've welcomed the likes of Sascha Funke, Roe Deers, Damon Jee, Khidja, Curses and, of course, @TheRealHeidenreich. An emerging Berlin-based artist, also one half of indie dance act Leggings, he made his debut on Sinchi earlier this year on our ‘Altered States Vol 2’ collection and now, following releases on Nein and Cielo, returns with another heady delight ‘Je Palpite’…

More of an adventure than a song, ‘Je Palpite’ spends its stately nine minutes roaming without restriction. Electro in texture, free in spirit, the worming bassline, harmonic percussion and sudden twists are held together by the provocative Français purrs of experimental, industrial-minded artist @ANGSTvorGRETA. Seductive, sultry and unpredictable; it’s another strike for the artist who’s on a battle to fight binary dance music.

Fresh from his collaboration with Curses on Dischi Autunno earlier this year, Robert Johnson’s Chinaski (@southofmouth) adds a little spiky, electroid attitude.

“Quixotical Records” is a united Argentina/Lithuania record label, music channel and party organizer opened on 2020 by Emmanuel Poulper and Aurum Miles. Globemaster is a Mexican sound engineer and producer born in Torreón, co-founder of Próximo, and part of teamwork of Maleante Records.
His influences are rock, some post-punk, and rave music, which leads him up to techno, psychedelic, and indie dance mixed sounds.

The next release of the sharp French label Esthétique was cooked with love in Vilnius, Lithuania. The chef: Dannie Fade, an EBM, electro, and Dark Disco producer whose previous works can be found on other vital imprints such as Nein, Sinchi, and NUFF MUSIC, debuted his first tracks in 2018 but has been making melodies and rhythms since youth, playing both guitar and piano. His productions, filled with dark, ambient, and atmospheric elements, aim to shock the listener through unexpected turns and switches. His “Friendly Chaos” does not have a different goal, and his expectations to impact a few are high. Jason Peters and Senkala are in charge of the remixes and came up with powerful interpretations.

The track we chose to premiere, Jason Peters’ remix of the title track, has all the characteristic elements you expect to find on Roam Records’ boss’ version: His peculiar Disco-Not-Disco sonority brings together a pulsating and bouncing Synthwave-inspired bass line, a gorgeous and trippy Trance-like pad, and a smooth and dreamy House-ish synth layer. The result is a mere confirmation of why JP is considered one of the finest in the business.
