Tyrants to the Void deliver a scorching manifesto for the end times with their latest EP, Fever Paradisco. Named after one of its standout tracks, the record plunges listeners directly into a dystopian dance-floor concept: a feverish, chaotic "paradisco" existing on the volatile precipice of a collapsing world.
This is not a retreat, but a desperate, ecstatic celebration. The music mirrors the scene, blending pulsating beats and intoxicating synths to create a sonic oasis where euphoria and urgency collide.
Fever Paradisco captures that final, desperate moment of abandon—the idea of bodies moving wildly, locked in a trance-like state, as the perimeter walls crumble. The "fever" is both a symptom of the surrounding disaster and the catalyst for the ultimate dance. Tyrants to the Void have crafted the perfect soundtrack for finding bliss at the brink, transforming chaos into an exhilarating, dreamlike disco.

New Worlds EP is a groove-drenched, chuggy acid electronic masterpiece enhanced by mixes from partner in crime and dear friend of Dark Utopia, Keith Forrester. 

Artist Bio: Ricky El-Qasem, from Manchester, is a relatively unknown DJ who cut his teeth in the 90s. Ricky took a break from partying and DJing to pursue family and work. Fast forward to 2022, Ricky rekindled his interest in the music software he'd been experimenting with in the late 1990s and started producing electronic music, encompassing genres such as techno, House, Acid, and Breakbeat, under the pseudonym Dark Utopia, with several releases to his name.

2019 has unarguably been a great year for Electro both with overall visibility for the public as well as with the sheer number of quality releases being put out over the course of the year. With a newfound buzz surrounding my beloved genre, I'm hardly keeping up! I feel like It was a busy year both production-wise and promotion-wise for @DVSNME and @DarkScienceElectro respectively, however, I found some time to put together a mix of my favorite 32 tracks from 2019. Label boss Aimes returns to his home base with a double track ep of chugging acid-tinged left-field techno. Both tracks implore multi-dimensional existiliast lyrics combined with cosmic leaning production.  
 A1 is the title track of course, describing an out of this world existential experience. The track is bouncy, fun, and slightly odd, but certainly danceable. 
 On A2 (which is offered up only on vinyl), Aimes takes the original song and turns it into a club-ready slow-burning stomper with a full on repetitious acidic bassline fit for any sleazy techno set.  
 The remix on A3 comes courtesy of Sean Johnston aka Hardway Bros (member of A Love from Outer Space with Andrew Weatherall) who turns the original into a dark and brooding version with a punchy bassline and cosmic synths.  
 Aimes’ second original on the EP, We Are Eternal, is a massive slowed down acid burner that reiterates the eternalness of humanity. Incredibly psychedelic in nature, the pulsing bass and bubbling acid line is prime for a dark and sweaty rave.  
 B2 comes courtesy of Panorama Bar resident Massimiliano Pagliara who submits a cosmic, dubbed out flip of the original, taking the listener on an extended spatial journey. 
 On B3 Japanese producer Que Sakamoto and his production partner NT ramp up the bpms for a dark disco rendition of the original.

This is the original A Visitor From Another Meaning remix of Machinegewehr's 'Abhinanda' from 2012 with female vocals by Gees Voorhees. The original vocals were replaced by Fred Ventura in 2013 and this rework of 'Abhinanda' became 'Neon Light'. This resulted in a split EP: Machinegewehr/A Visitor From Another Meaning with Fred Ventura and became Machinegewehr's debut record which was released on Bordello a Parigi in 2014. After 8 years the original remix with its original vocals by Gees Voorhees has been excavated and so here it is in its full beauty...get it here:
