You might know The Jonjo from his previous project, The Menzia, which took the underground music scene in Mexico by storm; Damo Mementto is something else entirely, It's the culmination of years of experimentation and exploration, it is a reminder that there is always beauty to be found in chaos.

Proud to present space commander Armendariz @armendarizmx on our show, Edgar Armendariz's solo project, which is mainly influenced by Techno, Progressive House and Psychedelic Indie.

With more than ten years of experience, he is one of the most recognized artists in the Oaxacan scene. His work has led him to perform in several clubs around Mexico, he is part of agencies and promoters of events such as BWBO, 951 and Cencalli Music, he is currently a resident of Cactus Beach Club and Herr Tlacuache.

In 2021 he releases his first single called "AndromeDhance" through the Mexican label Veneno, followed by two more singles, "Aries" on the Argentinean label Logia Records and "Whisper" on the Caribbean label "Fibonacci Recordings".

His release titled "Darkness" quickly made 3 Beatport Top 3 Indie Dance Tops, reaching #20 with the track Deeper and #56 also with Deeper Remixed by Edd Brave in the genre's Top Hype 100, #26 in releases and #88 in the Top 100 in sales.

In 2022 his releases have kept him on Beatport's Indie Dance Hype charts.

His productions are based on random sounds, cosmic and dark atmospheres, constant percussions and vocals with subliminal messages, all these elements together give life to a unique and characteristic style, beyond creating music designed for the dancefloor, he seeks to create "Music with Meaning".
