Early 90’s, born & raised to David Bowie & Talking Heads music Did Virgo was ready to stumble upon House & Techno Music.
Embarking on a trip from London to Chicago & Detroit, the 30 years old boy got access to Marseille’s 1st electronic club control desk as a destination.
Techno & House Music were still a sub-culture in the making and Did Virgo wanted to share the love not only by djing but also by opening a bar, broadcasting a radio show & promoting events in his hometown.
Y2K was the time to make it complete by running a label « Pornflake » & starting
producing music with a friend. The boys got the chance to remix « Troublemakers » and to release a few EPs on an English label…. Did Virgo was ready to start to produce music on his own and he started another label called virgo music with his soulmate Paul Virgo.
2010, « La dame Noir » opens a bar in Marseille, this place is devoted to slow tempo & the dark side of disco music, Did Virgo is attracted.
The bar evolves in a club, he takes a residency, the club evolves into a label and Did Virgo find a natural home to release his music. And from there, the story evolved...here is his spæcial mix!

Originally from Istanbul Ali Riza move to Vienna in 2018 and began playing many of the well known underground clubs in the city like Fluc, Celeste and Elektro Gönner. He is also a regular at Austria's electronic music station FM4 (Swound Sound).

Catatonique is a duo of producers that create audiovisual experiences with live electronic music and visuals.

Hailing from Mexico City’s underground scene, they have been working nonstop on perfecting their craft. Since their debut EP, they have kept experimenting with sound design and exploring different genres, tempos, and time signatures but always staying faithful to their roots; dark atmospheres, heavy-hitting basslines, and meaningful, progressive compositions.

Their live sets are well known for mixing original tracks, remixes, bootlegs, and unreleased edits along with live instruments and psychedelic generative visuals. The experience is fueled by the duo’s tight connection, both personal and professional.

The 55th edition of the MindTrip Podcast, comes from the west coast of USA and it's courtesy of Drumcell. Real name Moe Espinosa, he has was born in San Gabriel Valley, a culturally diverse neighborhood that still breeds inspiration for his work. San Gabriel Valley is also where he and the Raíz brothers, Vangelis and Vidal, met and founded Droid Behavior in the early 2000s which lead to the infamous Interface warehouse series and launch of the techno label Droid Recordings. He has a long history as a dj and producer of original and remixed tracks on his own label Droid as well as on CLR, Electric Deluxe, Dystopian, Torque, Detroit Underground, and much more.

In 2016, Drumcell debuted his ambient project HYPOXIA on his experimental label BL_K NOISE. Inspired by science fiction soundtracks and the sounds of artists like John Carpenter, Wendy Carlos, Goblin and Vangelis. Hypoxia was created to step away from the dance floor and into a broader space of contemplative drama. Drumcell explores and discovers the analogue world as much as the digital world of music production, to finally combine them into his very own raw, suspenseful and hypnotic style just like he perfectly expressed it on his debut mix for the MindTrip podcast here.

After moving to Berlin in 2014, Amotik has been steadily building a base in the city that significantly inspired him. Starting in 2015 with a series of EPs on his self-titled imprint, he was soon regularly featured in the Groove Magazine and Resident Advisor monthly charts. Having developed a unique style of hypnotic/atmospheric techno with a relentless raw undertone, his consistency as both a DJ and producer has seen him perform at some of the most exciting clubs and festivals around the globe.
After 10 vinyl releases on his own label (and guest appearances on 47, Bpitch Control, Figure), late 2019 saw Amotik take on the most ambitious release to date – ‘Vistar’ (Hindi for expand/extended). The first full-length double vinyl LP on his label was also accompanied by a debut live tour to end the year.

Groove Magazine’s ‘Essential Albums’ and also earned Mixmag’s ‘Album of the Month’ title.
2020 sees Goethebunker and Amotik team up for ‘Adyant’. A new bi-monthly party at the renowned Essen venue. Adyant (Hindi meaning: ‘Beginning to End’) is a new series where Amotik will have the opportunity to curate and invite guests who have inspired his journey, as well as playing extended sets himself.
