Estonian duo Abdul Raeva kick things off for Physical Education in 2023. Marking the label’s first release of this year, Passion de la Passion is a four-track excursion into the outer realms of tech house, acid and everything in between.

The Caballero Thrust Programme initiates proceedings, doing exactly what it says on the tin. Much like a rocket launching, tribal drums open into a slinky synth pattern, before acid-flecked pulses take us deep into starry, spaced-out territories.

Karima’s Duff Duff is of a similar ilk, rolling with a telltale rhythm. Techy, synthy
and built for the late night hours, we journey through celestial bleeps at pace, opening the door for Ooga Booga Acid Time.

In six and a half minutes, the pair leave few prisoners in their wake, dishing up a racey tech-driven number that’s packed full of punchy percussive groove.

Finally, Hard Discount Primitivo brings us back down to Earth. Minimal-leaning, with an old school house touch, echoing vocals shimmer whilst whip-like kick-hat combos march on, forming a clear-cut slice of club-ready dancing material.

Next up on our label we got fresh psychedelic vibes from producer Glen S, who’s been in our radar since last year and is turning into an outstanding artist amongst a recent generation of progressive inclined Australian producers. Join us to dive straight into Glen´s sound exploration, four tracks full of warm rhythms, bouncing basslines and hypnotic textures ready to uplift your minds and bodies.

We also got a bonus remix from our label Head Donnie Cosmo, who crafted a very unique version of “most wanted”, a broken beat remake which slowly turns into a groovy dancefloor filler.

Creating the first batch on the freshly pressed X2SEE label is the Norwegian chemist, A:G. Starting on a high, the “Impulses” EP explores deep shades of electro and rushes of techno throughout, a familiar sound from the flourishing producer in years gone by.

Acid tinged melodies, and punchy broken drums are a consistent theme throughout the first high from X2SEE, ripe and ready straight from the realms of the underground. Transcending and spaced out sounds tease in and out throughout the EP in the likes of “Catching Up” and “That’s Not The Moon”, with hints of trance and progressive energy in “Let It Go”.
