#Doomsday Pandemic Techno Session 0003 By Thomas Labermair

Patrick Hommel, bekannt als LEMMOH, wurde 1983 in Mechernich (NRW) geboren.
Seine Leidenschaft für Techno entfachte 1999 bei seiner ersten Nature One – ein Erlebnis, das ihn für immer mit der Szene verband. Seitdem lebt er Techno mit jeder Faser: als Raver, Liebhaber und heute als DJ.

Über 27 Jahre prägten Clubs, Schweiß, Nächte und Musik sein Leben – darunter zwölf Jahre als Teil der Affenkäfig-Crew. Lemmoh hat den Wandel der Szene erlebt, doch seine Liebe zum echten, rohen Sound blieb unverändert. 

Nach der Corona-Zeit, in der Social Media und Klickzahlen das Booking bestimmten, entschied er sich für einen Neuanfang – nicht mehr nur Raver, sondern DJ. Aus ersten Sessions bei Freunden wurden eigene Nächte voller Beats, Lernen und Leidenschaft.

2025 folgten die ersten Auftritte: Red Cat Lounge Köln, das Opening beim 13 Jahre Affenkäfig in der Elektroküche/Essigfabrik, ein Gig auf der Nature One Camping Stage, und schließlich ein Traum – ein Set im legendären Odonien.

Für LEMMOH ist Techno mehr als Musik – Back to the Roots. Keine Show. Kein Hype. Kein Fame.
Seine Sets sind roh, hypnotisch und ehrlich – pure Energie, ehrliche Emotion und echte Verbindung zwischen DJ und Crowd.
In einer Zeit voller Kameras und Klicks steht Lemmoh für das, was Techno einmal war – ein Gefühl, ein Zustand, eine gemeinsame Reise

The Munich-based Thomas Labermair has been on the decks for over 15 years, and he has also been active as a producer for many years.
Certainly not a novelty in the increasingly fast-paced electronic music scene, but still worth mentioning and of course also an incentive for newcomers with whom Thomas Labermair likes to DJ.

Musically, Thomas Labermair's sound moves somewhere between techno, psy trance, indie, and melodic techno & house.
The California Dreaming podcast series is completely new and is intended to serve as a platform for Thomas Labermair for local newcomers as well as established DJs.
Thomas Labermair's DJ career really began in 2009 in the former after-hours club Mojitobar. Like many things, in principle almost everything at that time, it was located in the huge party Bermuda Triangle at Munich's Ostbahnhof.

At that time, Thomas Labermair also performed under the alias Somnia and was a resident DJ at the Bullitt Club. Since then he has been playing in clubs like Rote Sonne, Zur Gruam, Harry Klein, Haus 33 and at events and festivals like Gute Laune, Isarrauschen and Isle of Summer, to name just a few.

Thomas Labermair has been producing on the labels City Of Drums, IAMT and Reload Records since 2016. Tracks like Voices in my Head, Cyberpunk or Voyager are guaranteed floor fillers that regularly top the Beatport hype charts.
