I tried to make something slightly different from terraria, a more intimate orchestra and a bit more chiptune although the inspiration is quite clear. If i had to make other songs for more calm settings they'd probably be more like c418.
This track was actually made in 3 hours, so its a bit rough.

Ranipla - Sketch Showcase - 2025

The title may be misleading depending on how you define an ID.

So to explain, the type of music I make wouldn't really make sense to categorise as an 'ID', whether that be because I'm more a songwriter or because some stuff here are just sketches, basically hear for yourself and it should mostly make sense. I also noticed many ID showcases are formatted like DJ sets, with transitions and sequences, which doesn't really work with my music.

With that said I still wanted to show what I've been up to without the finessed-DJ extravaganza and the expectation to have my work be 'high quality' or 'release worthy'.

Thusly, this showcase will undoubtedly contain a handful of material I think sucks, but like, yeah it's not supposed to be top notch. If you do end up insisting on getting a copy of anything here for a dj set, good chance it wont be very playable lol. Again, a lot of sketches.
