Akher Zapheer is an arabic rock band based in Amman / Jordan, formed in 2007 by Basem Sayej.

Released their debut album in 2013 named “Converse Culture” “ثقافة إعكس “that touches on the region’s social and cultural issues in addition to personal songs that took advantage of the Zapheer’s underground act in terms of liberty of conveying youth angst in their own way.

The band took a break between 2013 and 2016 due to Basem’s engagement outside of Jordan, however it reformed now with 3 new members that replaced the former ones to start promoting for their new album “Emm El Mousiqa” that will be launched soon.

Sheikh Hassan Saleh was known for some people by his sad and dewy voice ; while others considered his voice to be soft and glowy. Between this opinion and that, Sheikh Hassan Saleh remains one of the most outstanding readers in Egypt, who is distinguished by the uniqueness of his readings of the holy Quran.

Hassan Mohammed Saleh was born in the Arabic Republic of Egypt, precisely in « Mahmudiya » Al-buhaira province. He fell in love with the holy Quran and decided to learn its recitation methods.
To do so, he joined the institute of « Qiraat » where he studied the « Ten Qiraat or modes of Qur'an ».
After that, he attended the Quranic sciences faculty and graduated with « appreciation ».

Following his graduation, Sheikh Hassan Saleh was appointed imam and preacher at the Islamic Center in New York ; where he gained the admiration and the appreciation of the worshipers who attended the center, and that’s because of his unique and docile voice.

He's not just a guitarist, he's not just a vocalist, he's the guy who can take u from Nubian music to Spanish music, from folk to jazz, from blues to reggae, from rock to rap, he can sound like kurt cobain and frank sinatra at the very same song!he is the voice from the sand! he is the Wust El Balad band founder! he is the Mariatchi! he is the multi talented HANY ADEL! 

The "attractive one" as called in many occasions.
It was Omran's and his idea to put together the group of Wust El Balad. Beside composing some of the songs, Hany is a whole show himself, his great presence combined with his lively guitar playing, and his energetic, sensitive voice brings the band to its maximum energy level.
