Slide through the doors, neon glow like stained glass
Bartender in white, pourin’ sermons in a tall glass
Sit in my pew—leather stool, soul on tap
Confess to the bottle, let the ice take a nap

Old Fashioned preacher, slow with the lesson
Tells me bout my sins, still grants me a blessin’
Rum and Redemption, I sip for reflection
Gin in the choir, singin' truths with affection

This bar’s my church, and I come every night
With a glass in my hand, tryna make it right
Congregation of bottles, lined up in a row
I take communion slow, let the holy water flow

Whiskey’s the elder, wise but a rebel
He talks in fire, but his vibe on a level
Tequila’s a deacon, wild with the dance
Got me speakin’ in tongues, spillin’ truth in advance

Vodka the youth—clean, cool, no fear
Mixes with anyone, never judging what’s near
Brandy the bishop, velvet with the prayer
Lays hands on my chest, like the pain ain’t there

No steeple, no steppin’ in robes
Just stories and smoke in a whiskey-soaked glow
We pass round the glass, like we pass round the word
And every sip heals where the pain once stirred
