In The ZONE

Can you sense the DBZ undertone? Shadow and Blaze face off against the Super Hedgehog of Legend. This is a demo build of a original track for a concept game I came up with. Will finish when I am able and willing.

The Legendary Super Sonic: DEMO Version - Shadow & Blaze BOSS BATTLE - Original Composition (2013)

This is a back story concept & track that I came up with that was inspired by the 12 part comic book series "Sonic & Mega Man: Worlds Collide". My goal was to create a blend of Sonic & Mega Man vibes with a Sega Genesis type flavor. I could have went harder with this track but I took the "less is more" approach...which means I belted this out on the keys pretty quickly, chords and baseline wise. Lead melody wise, I covered some Green Hill here...and also some Mega Man 8 in the last moments of the track. Thanks for listening...I might do more with this "Sonic & Mega Man" concept if this track gets enough recognition.  Enjoy!

Sonic & Mega Man - Prologue: The Destruction of Green Hill - Concept Track (2013)

This is a remix of Ice Cap Zone from the original Windows PC version of Sonic the Hedgehog 3. That version of the game had different music for three of the zones, so this is not a remix of the classic Ice Cap Zone that everyone knows.

2019 Update: Recent discoveries reveal that the Ice Cap Zone theme used in the PC version is actually from the original Sonic 3 prototype. Pretty neat.

This is a dubstep remix of the song heard in the title screen as well as the prologue and end credits from Super Metroid. This was just for fun and was not meant to be taken seriously, but I love Super Metroid with a passion and consider one of my favorite games of all time.

Sonic The Hedgehog-Medley 20th anniversary

I really like the music from the Sonic games and decided to remaster one of my favourites!

This was made over the course of three evenings. I listened to the original song (don't ask me how many times) and I just picked everything out by ear and then put it into Logic Pro. No loops or preset synths were used and all sound effects were created by me using a field recorder. This was a very fun small project to work on and I hope you all enjoy it!
