Willo is a French band from Normandy.  Members from the band Maarten (2nd album produced by Jason Lytle from Grandaddy), Wilfried, Mathieu and Sebastien, took a new turn in 2010 towards a radical, straight and electric genre.  The trio (2 guitarists and 1 drummer) went on to release “Lock-in” in 2012.  A long schedule of playing live and touring in France and Belgium followed, which included supporting Syd Matters, The Oscillation and My Little Cheap Dictaphone.
Today the band are working on a trilogy of Eps titled “Stay Calm and Carry On”.  The three Ep’s are coloured by more psychedelia, influenced as much by the Flaming Lips as by the Black Angels.  “Stay Calm”, the first Ep taken from the trilogy, is due to be released at the beginning of 2014.

Sleepmask is a Los Angeles based band comprised of post-punk/shoegaze veterans who have played in bands such as The Chameleons Vox,  Faculty X and Mount Sims among others. Inspired by the music of Cocteau Twins, My Bloody Valentine, Sisters of Mercy &amp; Tones on Tail, Sleepmask's distinctive blend of ethereal textures and jagged post-punk conveys a world comprised of magical and romantic themes.
Biography
The idea for Sleepmask was conceived in 2005 by songwriter, guitarist & frontman Ming Vauz after leaving his former band Faculty X, whose eponymous EP had been produced by Nick Launay (Nick Cave, Gang Of Four, Killing Joke, Lou Reed, Arcade Fire, etc.). Aside from working with Launay in Faculty X, Ming's list of musical work includes Mount Sims, So Does The Fire, Les Enfants Terribles, Red Sun Black Moon, Esza Kaye, and he also shared a writing credit on Black Rebel Motorcycle Club's single "Need Some Air" off their Baby '81 album. With a handful of demos already written, Ming formed Sleepmask as a band in 2007, steadily gigging over three years at such venues as The House of Blues, Cinespace & Cafe Du Nord, building a strong local following,releasing an EP in 2008 and opening for Black Rebel Motorcycle Club in Las Vegas.
