The concept behind this series is to present a series of binaural beats for brainwave entrainment. The user can then create playlists or sequences of these for meditation or relaxation.

These beats, or oscillations, are on a carrier tone of 216 hertz (an octave of 432). The monochord creates a drone in the background. The monochord is closely associated with Pythogoras. These oscillations are technically only "binaural beats" when wearing headphones. This is because the "beat" (wah wah sound) consists of two tones heard in the left and right headphone. However, they are still effective when listened to on a phone, computer, or other player, because the beat can still be heard. In this case it would be a "monaural beat" because it is being heard without headphones. In either case it is effective for brainwave entrainment.

Ocean Prayers (Solstice Mix)

Sunrise” Lemurian Sound Meditation in 432 Hz.
Basically, the meditation is about abundance and feeling complete. It brings awareness that you’ve got it all. All you ever wanted. All you’ve ever needed. It also intensively stimulates vagus nerve and balances nervous system.

Every sound that appears here is my voice. This is my way to refer to the primal methods of treatment when the vibration of human voice was basic healing practice.

432 Hz solfeggio frequency is the harmonic intonation of nature. Listening to 432Hz music resonates inside your body, releases emotional blockages, and expands consciousness. 432Hz music allows you to tune into the knowledge of the universe around us in a more intuitive way.

How to meditate using „Sunrise”:

Please, do not listen while driving.
Use headphones.

If you need a deeper process:
1. Find a peaceful place. Take a comfortable position.
2. Ground by feeling connection with Gaia, if it’s difficult to do this energetically, just recall her beauty: all kinds of waters, plants, rocks, animals, recall all the beautiful places you’ve ever visited or want to go. Envision any picture that makes you feel: what a wonderful world, this place here - the Earth is the place I want to be, I am greatful to be here. The moment you feel gratitude, energetically, gently and tenderly connect to the heart of Gaia. The moment you feel the connection - you’re grounded. Play „Sunrise” meditation.
3. Imagine you’re on top of the mountain, and yes… you’re awaiting a sunrise. However,this time, YOU, yourself are the SUN that is going to rise. How about that? You are ready. You’ve got it all. All the light that you’ve ever wanted or needed. Feel the real aboundance. Feel it. You’ve got it all. You are the sun. Rise and go on shining.

Lemurian Sunrise Ceremony - 432 Hz Feeling Complete and Abundant (Sound Meditation)

Sound has the power to heal.   As a musician I had always thought of music as art, and a way to entertain, but I have now started to look at music and sound in a new light. 

During an experience with extreme anxiety, I found music to be a valuable tool for helping me to work through it. Later, in order to understand more about what was going on with me (and to prove to myself that I wasn't completely insane), I started to read more about psychology and neuroscience and spirituality and anything that related to the "inner world" that I had re-discovered. Through this experience, I discovered the powerful value of music (frequency, sound and rhythm).  I was always attracted to the mysterious nature of music and sound, but now I see it's potential as a healing force and something that can be helpful for other people. In the process have also learned a lot about different mental states (states of consciousness) and how sound and frequency can help me to access and focus my mind in these states. 

Music is the study and artful use of frequencies, but in essence our whole world is frequency. Science acknowledges that everything is vibrating, from solid matter and our brainwaves down to the activity of the smallest particles we know of. The world we live in is a world of vibration. A world of music!

So, this is what has inspired me to start this SoundCloud page.  I have been working on music and sounds (mainly recording nature sounds, so far) not only for my own self therapy, but also to share with family and friends that had told me that they were dealing with similar issues (or just wanted music for meditation or for relaxing.) This is still an exploration for me and I hope you'll find this helpful in your life.
